Everything went smooth and easy
Everything went smooth and easy, the process took about an hour. The sales person was very friendly and helpful. She went over all the details and answered all my questions in a professional manner. The downpayment was affordable and the car seems to be in good condition. I will have my mechanic check and will update the review if needed.
The only reason why I didn’t give them a 5 star is because the suv was dirty outside/ inside ( had pet hair and was dusty) and left the lot with an empty gas tank.
Other than that I recommend this place and I would definitely comeback again.

Please know that all DriveTime vehicles are passed through a multi-point inspection, where they are detailed to meet DriveTime standards before being transported to our sales lots. I would also like to note that most of our dealerships that do not have a wash detail location on site will have a mobile detailer routinely come in for any touch-ups for those vehicle on the lot. However, if the vehicle was dirty when presented to you at time of sale, we would be glad to look into this matter further. Additionally, DriveTime ensures all vehicles have an adequate amount of gas before driving off the sales lot to ensure our customers arrive to their desired destination. Misleading
I don't like how she made it seem like the car locater came with the car she never said I would have to pay for it and she mad it seem like if the car break down I have a warranty for 3years not I got to pay for it

To provide clarity, every vehicle sold has a GPS device installed. To ensure full transparency, we provide a disclosure at the time of sale stating the vehicle has a GPS device installed and must remain in the vehicle until the loan has been satisfied. Our customers have the option to purchase the GPS ancillary product service that is completely optional. This service product has several benefits, such as giving our customers the ability to track their vehicle and check their battery levels.
