The HD fit great and worked perfectly. I had trouble getting the OS to work, no fault of the hard drive. My recovery USB did not work and I had to get a replacement from Computer Surgeons. The computer is old enough to have started with a very old Windows 10 build and it could not do updates. So I loaded the ISO version of 11. All good now.

Sent me less quantity than I initially ordered and realized it after waiting days to receive the drives. This waisted my time and most importantly my customer’s time as they needed this for a very critical project.

I'm sure the product works perfectly but I needed to cancel the order. There was no way to cancel. Not good. That, is disappointing

Likely you know, but just in case, the enclosure package is labeled as HE-C371, but the Macrium Reflect I used for backup detected a “571” serial number, so upgraded, ? My system: Dell XPS 16 9640; Win11. My old one: Dell Precision 7510 with ECC. Wish they hadn’t discontinued the Precision line!

The mechanics of the cloning process were not obvious from the software instructions, I couldn’t tell when one step concluded and when to start the next step (poor UI), but I was able to work it out and after the cloning was able to make the exchange and the laptop it now so much faster and my friend is very happy.

Everything arrived in great condition and was shipped well. Once I downloaded Samsung Magician I was able to clone my 183GB used out of 1TB HDD in about 75 minutes. After swapping drives, system is running much better and appears to be a perfect clone. Great investment for me, thanks.
