Very smooth process, the person Mr Ceejay was very polite and very professional in doing his job when he came to collect my car.

The driver Steve brought the car unwashed. It was dirty and had cobwebs over it, as well as appearing used on the passenger floor side. He said he didn't have money to wash it as the company didn't mark it for a wash.
He wanted to give me the keys and leave immediately. I explained I needed to check the car properly first.
As I was doing my checks he was unnecessarily following me around the car, as if to pressurise me to finish.
When I noticed scuffs or marks to be photographed, he said he's already got his own photos and video taken of the car. He didn't note these down on any paperwork or take photos. He didn't want to show me anywhere else that had potential marks/scuffs (even though he said he took photos).
When signing he didn't show me what to read, just opened a link and said I had to put my signature down.
Overall, an unpleasant car drop off. Was a disappointment as I was quite excited about receiving my new car. A bit of an anti-climax.

I had such a positive experience with Driive Me, and in particular with Ceejay. From the moment he arrived, he was not only extremely professional and thorough with all the checks, but also genuinely friendly and easy to talk to. He explained everything he was doing clearly, answered any questions I had, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.

What I really appreciated was how conversational he was throughout. We even had a great car chat while he was checking over my vehicle, which made the whole thing feel relaxed and personable. He struck the perfect balance between being professional and personable, which made the experience so much more enjoyable.

He kept me updated on his whereabouts throughout the journey and confirmed once the car had safely reached its destination, which gave me a lot of reassurance. On top of that, he made sure all the paperwork was completed properly before leaving, which was a huge help and showed just how reliable and thorough he is.

Honestly, I can’t praise him enough! A genuinely top-class service. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a car appraisal or transport. A great five-star experience from start to finish! Thank you again Ceejay.

Can’t believe what all these bad reviews are about. I sold my car through Carwow resulting in an email from driivemeuk stating when the driver would arrive to collect it together with his name and various checks to make on arrival to ensure it was all kosher.
Ben Wallis arrived on time, took the same photos I’d previously taken for Carwow, uploaded them and waited 25 minutes for me to be paid before driving off in the car to Glasgow as arranged. He was polite and courteous as expected. If there was anything to fault it was driiveme calling my car manual when there have never been any manual ones made and giving him a phone which wouldn’t work where I live.
