This has been a horrible experience from the start. No communication and I have no idea if I will ever get what I ordered. Do not order from this company at all costs.

Garbage company with the worst shipping and customer service you can find on the internet. Don’t order here. It takes them 2-3 weeks to even ship your items. Customer service doesn’t care about you as a customer. Products are average at best. Cheap and slow shipping. You might get what you paid for or not. Shop here at your own risk. Wouldn’t recommend shopping here. At all.

Australian buyers be warned. Package never arrived and tracking indicated that it did not even leave the US. Dr.Ganja refunded 50% of the value of the goods and I had to pay the shipping costs so ended up costing me a lot for zilch.
I cannot fathom why a company would use a shipping company where parcels just go missing and cannot actually be tracked correctly and the consumer has to pay for it.

Greedy elites from Beverly Hills they don’t believe in prompt service even if you pay for priority shipping. They take a couple of days just to answer an email.. and who knows how many days to actually ship a package.. it’s a shame because if they have what they say they have I would order again but crappy shipping..

Lmao 🤣🤣 ordered from them 2 weeks ago. my order never got here it says it got delivered and someone apparently picked it up. Which was not me 0/10 most horseshit weed company of all time.

This strain did what I needed. Good for appetite, sleep and pain. Never no paranoia. Love it Dr.Ganja! Keep it coming.

This company is just a ripoff business.
My order was US$57 plus $US$38.76 for 'First Class' international shipping to Australia. That's AU$146 plus I was charged AU$4.40 by my bank.

Tracking stopped 5 days after shipping which they also delay by 7 days (so 12 days):

"Please note that International orders are subject to a 7-10 day lead time for shipment to avoid overwhelming customs with too many parcels at once, which can lead to an increased seizure rate."

I cancelled my order after 41 days and asked for a refund but their 'policy' is 50% refund of the order and nothing on shipping.

AU$59 for shipping a tiny bottle from California to Melbourne Australia is very expensive compared to other US businesses I've used, and very unreliable.

So the refund is US$28.50 (AU$43.60) and I've lost AU$107.

This outcome is very common if you search for reviews of this ripoff company.

Why is there shipping so expensive but so unreliable? Do they actually send anything, or is it a scam?

i got a email from them saying improved shipping figured i would order again ordered on the fourth today is the 16th still not shipped i smoke for back injuries so i find it ridicules waiting that long i might as well keep buying local at a reservation and pay the some what higher price at least its in my hand right then

Yes shipping takes longer than most to receive your order but Dr. Ganja has never failed to disappoint me in the quality of their products or selection. They have great prices,free shipping, high THCA flower and a lot of customers hence orders. You will get your order rest assured, you just won't get it fast so my advice is don"t wait till you run dry just place a order in advance. I have placed about 10 orders from them and all were delivered with no complaints. Be patient. It will be worth it in the end.Normal time about 10`-`12 working days not counting weekends.

I placed an online order there last week. You would think within a 7-Day period they could possibly put it in the mail! Nope! Tried calling customer service and of course you don't get an answer and it goes to a voicemail! I keep forgetting to check the reviews on these companies.

In 30 day period you can't mark them down as they let you know the wait times on payment checkout
Items that came are on point and just re ordered a few more bits.

Took my money for all 4 pieces, but only shipped 1 piece, and the one piece that was shipped was smashed. How can this happen?? Who runs this place? Seeing in all the reviews it's getting more serious about their "problems." Even though cannot see anyone, I pick a strange vibe from them. Sent a message requesting "help," still waiting for a response. I accept the fact of slow shipping, but this?? If I don't hear from them I will dispute the charge with my bank.

This company is a scam been waiting weeks for product

I ordered and they cancelled it for no reason. They said “risk department” cancelled it and didn’t give any reason to why. I emailed multiple times with same result so I told them to delete my account if I can’t buy their product. I guess they don’t want business or something weird as hell. I have ordered from bay smokes the hemp barn and a few others with no issue. Weird company with lackluster customer service.

Yall be ungrateful. It ship from Cali so it's probably gonna take awhile but the bud is gassssss and the pricess are ridiculously low. Keep doing you homie I appreciate it.

The date is 1/23/2024 and I have yet to get movement on my tracking number it was uploaded on the 15th.. I also made two orders and those just got refunded back to me. Still waiting on the original order and I would not shop here again. There's plenty of other hemp vendors that are trustworthy and get you your package that week. Never again, thanks for all the hassle.

Edit:After blowing up their emails and phone line I finally got movement on the tracking number today 1/28/2024.. So you do actually get your products shipped but waiting 2 weeks for it? No. just go with another vendor, first and last time just for the shipping alone.

They wait two weeks minimum till they even start to ship your order. You’ll likely be waiting an entire month to get your order. If it takes any longer I’m disputing the charge on my card. Their product is overpriced and not worth the hassle, there’s a plethora of competition. I don’t recommend.
