Love the mattress very much.

Everything was perfect. Good service and timing.

The Wimbledon dreams store was fantastic and told me everything I needed to know. It was my first time getting a mattress and they were really friendly and insightful. I definitely learnt a lot more than on the website

The staff were extremely friendly and supportive. They ensured that I was fully informed with regards to the items I purchased.

My partner and I needed a new mattress and originally toyed with the idea of over of these new space age sounding mattresses from am online company but decided to try going to a shop where we could try some instead. Happy to report that we made the right call. There are so many more options in the shop than you'll find from mattress in a box online shops and you get to try lying form on them. You even get given a pillow in the shop to try with. In the end we opted for a completely different style of mattress than we thought we'd like. Plus you can trial run getting into bed and turning in the night to see how much your partner will notice.

A real highlight of shop store were the staff. I never thought they'd have so many knowledgeable people of the different mattress types and ranges. They were also super helpful with recommendations and even offered to let us try a variety of pillows to boot. And best of all, they were not pushy and reassured us that we can take our time testing as many mattresses as we like and even offered us tea. We ended up going back three times to try all the varieties and got chatting to the staff every time because they were so friendly.

TL;DR, I cannot recommend this place enough. Fantastic staff, great selection, you can try lots of types of mattress and you get to support your local high street.

I was helped by Javid who was friendly and knowledgeable during my visit. He answered all of my questions and I would recommend the store for anyone wanting a new bed/mattress.

We had a great experience in Wimbledon Dreams. The assistant, Iancu, was very helpful. He informed us about the products we were interested in, and although we took our time and went back and forth with our decision, he was very patient and accommodating. We were pleased with our purchase and customer service. Highly recommend and huge thank you for Iancu- he was wonderful.

Gobi, who is part of the Dream Customer Service Team, was very welcoming from the onset. He showed us mattresses which would suit myself and my husband, and we ended up purchasing a good mattess. which we are very pleased with.

Great service, excellent bed for my orthopaedic needs

Ordered two double bed mattresses. Pre-sales experience was great and we got to try multiple designs to choose our options. Delivery was fast and on time. Time will tell how good the products will be, but at this stage super pleased.
