I’d certainly recommend Dreams.
We visited Dreams with the intention on getting a new mattress and ended up buying a new bed (well overdue). The staff member that helped us was polite, friendly and knowledgable, answering all our questions and guiding us to the best type of mattress we would be suited with. The Torquay branch had plenty of bed frames and mattresses to look. I’d certainly recommend Dreams to anyone looking for a new mattress or bed frame.

Out of line bed
Had a problem with an ottoman bed where it had gone out of line, technicians who initially visited site to see what was the problem were so helpful. Pats were ordered and replaced without any fuss whatsoever. Bed was out of normal warranty but no charge applied. Great service and experience
