Staff were very helpful and…
Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable by not doing the "hard sell " which gave us the opportunity to have a good look around and take the time to choose the right bed for us.
If I feel pressured, continually being watched and pounced on then all I want to do is leave the shop. But thankfully this was not the case at Dreams in Torquay and therefore was a good experience and we were happy with our purchase.

Dreams come true at dreams
Oh wow you look at this bed and it looks like as high as a mountain, it's the exact bed we had been looking for. I was planning a trip to Orlando for a bed, but this one right at home, blew me away. It's comfortable, elegant, and it gives you a great night sleep. If your looking for that special bed, then look no further, give dreams a call. The actual bed we have is not cheap, but the staff will give you ways to finance it, ways that will not break your bank. Plus I almost forgot, you can get an amazing head board to finish it off. Go to Elizabeth for advice, no pressure at all, just a great sales lady.

From the minute we walked into the store in Torquay we were delighted, the service was second to none, a lovely assistant who was a tremendous help and then onto the delivery of our bed, yet again a fantastic service by super delivery guys, not to mention the actual mattress, the best nights sleep ever, many thanks to Dreams.

Helpful and Efficient, Experience Matters
I was browsing really and had lots of options to consider. Went to the salesperson for a chat and he was very helpful and offered something I had not seen, which solved my short term problem. He provided me with a welcome drink of water whilst efficiently sorting out delivery dates to suit me.
Delivery guys were also brilliant and kept me updated on delivery times throughout the morning. They delivered my order and were respectful and helpful, advising me on something I was not sure about.
Acting on their advice I spoke to the salesperson and returned to the store whereby he generously assisted me and demonstrated what I needed to do.
It was fantastic service and I would not hesitate to shop there again or recommend them to others.

Very helpful service
Very helpful service. The mattress came on time. Although I have only had my bed since the 31st August, and it is now the 9th September. So far it is very comfortable. I have had problems in the past trying to find a mattress of approx. 22cm in depth as I have back problems, so I was pleased to find this one to go on existing frame. It is too early to say whether the mattress will retain its present firmness.

When buying our new bed the sales assistant was really helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy.
The bed was delivered on time and the guys delivering it phoned when 10 mins away from our house. They were quick and efficient at putting it together and cleared all their rubbish away. High recommend
