Purchase and delivery fine but I wish I had been told that headboard bolts were not included especially since I watched the bolts on old bed tightened and taken away. I rang Dreams in Poole 4 times - calls went to answerphone, left a message. Nothing.
I bought them on line.

Helpful and Patient Staff member
Chris at Poole Dreams helped both myself and my husband look around at various Tempur beds. Informed and patient he took time to explain the various benefits of each mattress and I eventually settled on a Tempur Pro Air Smartcool Soft 25cm.
I got home and thought about it and decided to upgrade to the Luxe version. I phoned and spoke to Chris the next day and with the necessary monetary adjustment all was seamless and no bother at all. Thanks to Chris.

Could not fault the entire experience
My recently widowed mother-in-law went to the Dreams store in Poole with me. I told one of the sales staff, Andrew, about her bereavement to avoid any awkwardness. He was considerate of her feelings and v helpful and knowledgeable regarding the bed purchase.
Delivery and collection of old bed was just a week later - up, and down, several flights of stairs to a flat. The delivery men were polite, unfazed by the stairs and again knowledgeable about the product. They both wore protective overshoes!
I asked about the recycling of the old bed and one of the chaps told me what each part is used for. He was enthusiastic about Dreams as an employer and its eco credentials.

Great service from Dreams in Poole. The representative understood my needs and matched me with a great bed base and mattress. Even pillows were tested out. Bed is not due for delivery for a month or so, so will send another review then.

Cut off all the extra material of in the drawers. Where clips join the bed together leave the covering looser so that you can push the clips on properly. Also didn’t show on diagram where the feet and castors should go.

My partner and I used the machine that pick the best mattress for how you sleep and the sales assistant was amazing and took us around to test several , we picked one he recommended and got a bed frame, pillows, mattress protection and all the other insurance too, he was extremely helpful and even so lovely towards our daughter
