It was my first time at Dreams and I was super satisfied.
I was assisted by a super nice and friendly girl with glasses and blond hair, unfortunately I don't remember her name😅
She suggested me a mattress that respected my budget and comfort.
I've been using the new mattress for 1 month and I'm having a great time.
I absolutely recommend the Dreams service

I recently purchased a mattress online and had the pleasure of being assisted by a fantastic customer sales assistant, Kai. From the beginning, they were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, answering all my questions and guiding me through the options to find the perfect fit for my needs. Their friendly and professional approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The level of service I received was outstanding, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Highly recommend!

I bought a sofa bed from Dreams about 4 years ago. We instantly hated it once delivered and called them immediately to tell them. Because it was bought in store they refused to help! 4 years later we still have the much hated sofa bed. I hate the click clack mechanism. You have to move the sofa every time you want to use it as a bed. It is extremely hard and uncomfortable as a bed and as a sofa. You need 3 or 4 blankets/duvets under you to make it usable. About 4 or 5 buttons have come off, there is a gaping hole in the middle of it and my daughter’s first tooth got lost in the sofa (you can see right through to the fabric of the sofa, springs and foam etc). The springs are very uneven, you can see them poking up awkwardly under the thin layer of seat foam! The sofa irritatingly moves across the floor! I am forced to buy a new sofa already, which is difficult now that the cost of EVERYTHING is escalating at such an alarming and crushing rate! Maybe one day I can afford a nicer sofa! I would NEVER EVER shop there again. I really don’t think they care about their customers! Also, it was incredibly over priced for the quality.

Great service and product

My experience from Dreams was amazing from customer service choosing the right product, with full explanation, to the delivery date, punctual, delivery drivers helping me lift my mattress off my bed base to putting my new comfortable mattress on my bed. Would recommend to family and friends when there purchasing their new bed… looking forward to getting into bed later… Thank you all at Dreams

I had a great experience buying a mattress at Dreams. From a warm welcome at the door, immediately being offered something to drink, the chance to find out the best mattress for me via a special system, and then being shown the best options - always with my criteria and budget in mind - I was really happy with everything. I took a few days to think about it and then phoned up to place my order, which couldn't have been easier. And then my mattress was delivered on time and in great condition. Highly recommended!

I had a lovely experience at dreams NewCross. I was welcomed by Ericka who was extremely polite and friendly. She was very attentive and catered to my needs after I told her what I was looking for. She kindly offered me a drink and snacks then took me to experiment the mattresses I was recommended by the sleep mattress machine. She gave me a detailed explanation of the payment process and how would need to proceed. I enjoyed every part of my experience.

I have had a great experience with Dreams at New Cross, the sales assistant there was so nice and he explained everything to me and my mother when we came to the store. The mattress that I bought was delivered on time and on the agreed date, so far it has been great to sleep on and I have felt so comfortable.

The people on the shop floor are good at their job and know the product. My mattress is OK.
The delivery is something else. The staff keep pointing out that you get free delivery but don't tell you that you have to pay £39 and £29 or so to have it recycled.
So the delivery man just shoved the mattress in one go in the corridor, took photos, made me sign, and left. I had to call for help putting the mattress in the bedroom unless I was to sleep on the floor while someone was available the next day. The small print could have been highlighted in the shop. It took all the shine out of my new purchase.

Free coffee and not being pressured by staff. Who were very helpful when asked for information. In fact they even turned the heating down when my partner explained she was too hot. Unheard of in stores these days. We were there about two hours before making a final decision in a very relaxed friendly atmosphere

I recently purchased a bed from Dreams, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked into the store, we met a lovely lady called Laura who was incredibly helpful and offered us something to drink and quite knowledgeable I must say.

She guided my partner and I through various options to find the perfect fit for our needs which was the Davies K Ottoman Dark Grey with Base boards.

The delivery process was smooth and timely. The delivery team( apologies can't remember the two gentlemen names) were polite, and professional, and took great care in setting everything up properly.

As for the bed itself, it’s been a game-changer for our sleep quality. The comfort level is exactly as promised, and I wake up feeling more rested and refreshed. Any initial concerns I had were quickly put to rest once I experienced a few nights of uninterrupted sleep.

Overall, I’m thoroughly impressed with both the product and the service from Dreams. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a better night’s sleep.
