Good quality, good services.

Really positive experience from browsing in-store and getting advice on a suitable bed through to order confirmation and delivery date. The team that delivered were prompt and efficient, assembling the bed with minimum fuss. We don’t buy a bed every day but this was a good choice. The bed itself seems to be excellent. All things considered, we have been pleased with our experience. Well done and thank you.

The bed frame was fine. However wooden slats are another story. Having previously purchased two kind size beds from dreams, the wooden slats were satisfactory but this time around, they fex too much and feel too flimsy. Makes for a very unnatural feel during sleep and because of that haven’t been able to use the bed much if at all. Contacted customer service, no response. Very disappointed.

Great, friendly service. Very accommodating. Clean and tidy. I'm always impressed when a delivery guy puts his little blue booties on!😄

We had great help when we bought the bed. The lady serving us had been with the company many years. I can understand why they need to keep her at Dreams, she was extremely knowledgeable

A nice bright clean store, and Not being approached by staff as you enter the store, they give you time to look etc nice & relaxed.

Juile was vey helpful and she gave me alot of advices to picked the right mattress, Very impressed on her sale.

We had a king size mattress delivered, the Dreams delivery team were excellent they managed to get the item up to the bedroom within a very tight staircase with no fuss or damage.

The product is exactly has advertised and we have had really good and comfortable nights sleep.

Body support was most important
We were trying to match characteristics of a previous mattress from another manufacturer which is no longer available. We were given plenty of time to test out various ones and decide, and after four months are still very pleased with the results.

Staff member was very helpful at finding the right mattress for me, allowed me plenty of time to choose and was happy to show and explain their range.
She was welcoming, even offered a cup of coffee!
They also helped with the pillows and matress proctectors.

The mattress and the pillows are that soft that I feel relax in bed

I’ve bought multiple mattresses from multiple stores and have found the staff are always very friendly and incredibly helpful. Always an enjoyable experience and delivery has always been quick.

Great shopping experience but more importantly don't have to wait 8 weeks for the furniture to arrive like it's the case with other shops.
