From start to finish the service was outstanding. Myself and my husband was not sure what mattress to get and right for our needs but was reassured by staff to try the machine they had in your store. Excellent choice and a reasonable price. Great delivery delivers too. Well mannered-even took off their shoes when coming into our home. Thank you.

Both of the staff, Stephen and Makayla, were extremely helpful with helping us find our perfect bed frame. The store was warm and welcoming and the delivery team were punctual, friendly and efficient with the delivery and assembly of our new bed, 5* all around!

From when we walked into the shop we were Warmley welcome with coffee and tea and to delivery was early and fitting service as well it was like a walk in the park excellent service

Dreams were so helpful and the ladies at Lowestoft branch were so courteous too. I had a bad experience with another bed company who promised a certain date, but after our purchase when we rang for an update, we found out we wouldn't get delivery when promised, so cancelled that order, so 10 out of 10 with yourselves. Thank you.

Prompt delivery, sale price, comfortable

We first visited a Dreams store to get some advice on what would be best, the staff was very knowledgeable, very helpful and polite, once we decided we ordered the product the following day. I couldn’t believe how soon we could have it delivered and the delivery guys were just as helpful, polite and knowledgeable.

We purchased a new mattress in December 2022, for the first month it was the best £1000 I had ever spent, but then the mattress started to sag. I popped into the shop and they advised to make sure I was turning the mattress regularly so I said that I would give it a while longer. We are now 5 months into this and the mattress has now sagged so much it is like laying in a hole. I now wake several times in the night in pain.
After calling back into the shop I was told that someone would come out to inspect it. Well they turned up today and stated that it was natural settlement. Well I can honestly state that it is not a dream I am now going to have to take it off the bed and put the cheap one back on that came with a budget bed (it is not comfortable but at least I do not wake up in pain during the night.
I can not praise the store staff as they have been extremely helpful and friendly but the Hyde and sleep mattress complete with its extended warranty was the biggest waste of £1000 I have ever spent.
