Staff in store extremely helpful. Quality of bed is superb. Sleeping like a log. So pleased with the whole experience.

Excellent communication about the timing of the delivery, which was important to me. The internet bed companies give the appearance of being able to get something similar, cheaper. However, I was able to carefully examine the bed construction, colour, materials and durability first-hand in the Dreams showroom and that clinched it. I built the Ottoman bed from clear instructions and confirmed that the build quality was superb and well-worth the money. Several minor issues arose following and, unlike some national companies that I deal with, the shop manager and Customer Services dealt with them with ease, consideration and efficiency. Full marks Dreams.

The headboard was delivered on time with plenty of contact before they arrived. They were very helpful and a delight to deal with. I will definitely recommend Dreams to friends

Emma in the Llandudno Store was very helpful, we went on the bed that lets you know what mattress would be the best for you, she was very informative and friendly. very professional The delivery drivers were again lovely, very informative, respectful and very friendly. This is the second time we've been to Dreams Llandudno, and wouldn't go anywhere else now

On arrival we were politely greeted by Kevin the salesman We told Kevin what we were looking for in a bed Kevin was very knowledgeable and introduced us to a special bed scanner which told us which type of mattress would be best for us
We were also offered tea or coffee
We went on to purchase a electric bed which we have had for about 6 weeks
The mattress and bed are excellent Our sleep pattern and greatly improved
The standard of service was very high
We will return to Dreams in Llandudno again

The two salespeople that we saw in the shop actually listened to what we wanted. They also had a sense of humour which is always good in a situation where you're about to spend quite a bit of money and are feeling a little stressed about it. The actual delivery man was super efficient and quick; he was in and out in about five minutes, which is what you want when there's a stranger in your house. All in all, a really professional experience. And the new mattress is great, the first one I've ever had that does what I need it to do.
