A dream of a store!
Very helpful at the dreams store without being a "nuisance" following us about like many salesman are. it was the first bed store we tried and having visited others we went back and bought from Dreams. The Salesman Chris was absolutely great during the purchase and the delivery was just as good. The bed was assembled in quick time and is perfect.

A number of issues - Resolved by Customer Service
The drivers arrived before the scheduled time without informing us (they said they had called ahead, but they hadn't). My son (me) was doing a 52 mile round journey to wrap the old mattress for me, a wasted journey due to the early arrival. The delivery men knocked off a sentimental photograph from the wall and smashed the frame, and also made 2 fairly large black marks on my newly decorated wall. My mother is 88 and didn't want to make a fuss
**Update**
Following this review, Dream's customer service contacted me within 24 hours to sort the issue. Their feedback and resolution was 1st class

A big decision made easy!
Replacing my bed turned out to be a bigger decision than I thought it would be. But, Dreams staff showed me they had a more professional process of choosing the right bed for the right reasons! This resulted in selecting a new bed and new mattress that suited perfectly to make every nights sleep amazing - thanks to the staff at Lincoln and the guys who delivered a great nights sleep!

Comprehensive advice and service
Chris was very attentive and helpful in advising and assisting us to make a selection. Ordering and purchase was quick and efficient. Everything related to delivery was exactly as planned and delivery boys were excellent and very quick. All in all a pleasant experience.

When we ordered out bed it was easy
When we ordered out bed it was easy, given the chice to try before buy. Delivery was easy giving clear instructions with a 2 hour slot which was on time. The delivery of our rather large super king bed arrived after a struggle but the men never gave in. Fabulous service, could not have been more helpful. We are so so pleased with this product and with the service Dreams gave us. Thank you

Sleep easy
The bed is comfortable and the sales and delivery team did a good job. The only downside is I have "free" pillows supposed to be worth £50 doing nothing. I said we didn't want or need them suggested they keep them and knock say £25 off the price but no go.
Good experience, pity about the unwanted pillows.
