From the minute we walked into the shop…
From the minute we walked into the shop we were greeted and asked if we needed any help.
The lady that dealt with our purchase was very helpful explaining all the different types of mattress she did not rush us and helped us purchase 2 single combination mattress’s which we love.
When we went to pay she explained about insurance, old mattress recycling, mattress covers and delivery.
We were worried about purchasing the correct type of mattress but we received wonderful service from buying to delivery. Thank you.

Looked after very well by Dannii who has recently joined Dreams but was very aware of everything. We were kept up to date regarding delivery and the two guys who delivered were more than helpful and were friendly and cheerful. A good experience all round.

Leeds crown point excellent
Andy at Leeds store really made our experience worth it he helped with all our questions and showed us around the store, we decided on a bed base and a certain mattress type and ordered with no fuss at all, delivered within 7 days and extremely smooth delivery. Very pleased would definitely recommend dreams

Zain Crown Point Leeds - Excellent Service
I visited the Leeds Crown Point store on the 1st March and was greeted by Zain. He is a credit to your company and literally made my mattress buying experience a dream!
Zain carefully explained all the features of the suitable mattresses and was very patient.
I had my 8 year old son with me and was worried he would soon get fed up however Zain kept him entertained as a pillow carrier haha.
Zain was very friendly , polite and never once made me feel rushed or pressurised into buying a mattress. Zain offered us a drink and once I had chosen the mattress he sat us down and talked though and the important information.
We have since had the mattress delivered and I am very happy!
