A brilliant experience in store yesterday. We visited late so it was rather quiet but as soon as walked in, the atmosphere was great. We were served by Zain who was fantastic! He talked us through every step, explained each mattress and process and he was very knowledgable, we asked so many questions and he put our minds at ease with every response! We purchased a mattress and 2 new pillows. The pillows are lush! The delivery is quick (7 days) and we can’t wait for our new mattress to arrive. I recommend using the sleepmatch machine - we’ve been struggling with bad backs on our soft mattress at home and the sleepmatch told us to go for firm/very firm, we ended up purchasing a very firm with a gel top layer, can’t wait!!

Firstly buying the bed was so effortless and hassle free. The sales man a young gentleman called Zain was very helpful and extremely professional which made the whole buying experience easier. He knew his products which is rare in sales.
Purchased made, delivery arranged and bed delivered and fitted with no hold ups. Great job! Will probably go back to Crown Point in the future.

The way I was tested for what mattress I needed was brilliant to help me pick the mattress that was suitable for my body. It was delivered promptly and my old mattress taken away.

Dreams was the second store we visited in order to compare prices for a single divan bed for our spare bedroom. The price at Dreams was significantly cheaper and we accepted a free delivery being prepared to take base and mattress to the bedroom ourselves. The delivery was as scheduled with a call giving the exact time of arrival. The two delivery chaps were polite and friendly and, notwithstanding the delivery instructions, promptly took base and mattress up to the bedroom. Thanks for a first class service guys!

I desperately needed a new mattress to help with back issues but didn’t know where to start. Visited dreams store in crown point and spoke to Helen.
Brilliant service! Gave options but wasn’t pushy. Left the decision to me and I ended up with a comfortable mattress that’s working great and helping me to get a proper nights sleep!

It was the first time I got a bed from this company have had beds before but this company went the extra mile no pushy sales person help full listened to what I had to say brilliant company could not fault the drivers was lovley real chatty to well mannerd polite considerate I will go this company in future.

Excellent personal customer service in the Dreams outlet shop at crown point shopping park at Leeds 10 by Saba. Delivery on time as agreed and then 3 staff members set up and made my bed within 30 minutes. Overall extremely pleased with the service and quality of my new bed and mattress.

Love the bed wish we’d have bought this years ago. Super king best invention in the world. Dreams have been fab from start to finish!
