Update on the review I sent on the 29th June 2026 about the service I received from Dreams , I now wish to retract my statement and thoughts about the service as I have now received the BEST I have ever had from any company . Firstly I cannot praise the customer service from the Escalation team leader Peter Lally who read my first review about the service and mattress I had been given, Peter got in touch with me and without hesitation told me to choose another mattress of my choice up to or below what I paid and he would personally make the order and get it delivered and make a refund on the difference if cheaper. The new mattress has been delivered within 10 days and just awaiting the refund which will take between 7 to 10 days. The mattress is a Fowey medium to firm and is perfect, best rest and sleep we’ve had in a long time. I can only thank Peter and the Dream Team who made this possible.
