What a great experience we had today purchasing a new bed & mattress!
Shaz at the Solihull branch was most helpful in helping us choose our new bed. She helped guide us to the best option for us to have a good night's sleep

Great experience with Amanda today. We weren't even going to buy a bed today but we changed our mind because her customer service was that good.

Matthew at dreams bed Nuneaton guided us round the different options suited to our specific bed firmness and was very knowledgeable and helpful, would 10/10 recommend to speak to him and have his guidance of you are visiting here.

Fantastic service From beginning to end. Very helpful and friendly. Put me on the sleep motion and showed me a selection of mattresses at different price to suit what I had to spend.
In the end I purchased the tv bed only. As I couldn’t decide at the time what mattress I wanted.
Even though I only bought the bed on its own she was not pushy about getting a mattress which I thought was good as I don’t like that.
She asked if I wanted any extras such as pillows which I didn’t want.
Throughout the visit she made me 2 coffees which I thought was nice and did ask if I wanted another one.
She organised delivery date and assembly
Would recommend to anyone else. Good prices

my experience at Dreams Watford was fantastic, and Gabriel was so friendly and helpful!

Visit to store was great. We were in need of a new bed and Katie at the Tamworth store sorted us out. Used the Sleep Match to get a better understanding of what I needed as I have a bad back. Turns out I need a firm mattress and my own at home is basically now as flat as a pancake.
Staff were great and very helpful.

Wonderful service. Wendy was delightful, attentive and really made sure that we were comfortable and got the right mattress and bedding 👍🏻

Came in to look at some comparisons to a mattress we had found elsewhere, before having a full sleep match study, and being shown the top 5 beds for myself and my partner to which we settled on one and created a deal with pillows, protection etc all thanks to Ben's great help and knowledge

Really good service for Janette in Gateshead Team Valley store. Matched us with our perfect mattress using the sleep match machine. She was lovely to deal with and very helpful.

Ollie was super helpful and found the perfect mattress, frame and pillows to suit what I was looking for. Highly recommend for the choice of products and attentive staff!

As we entered the store, the staff were very welcoming, offering support and an ear to bend to help with us to find our future bed. We were shown the Bed Match which gave us an array of beds to choose from, all with different pricing, never pushing us in an expensive direction.
We enjoyed our time in the store, trying different beds, and getting a feel for our purchase.
