Excellent exeprince from being to the end

No problems at all. Pleasant, non pushy staff

Ordered a new mattress on the phone, it was delivered on time. It's also very comfortable.

Very helpful in the shop. Left me to wander round on my own but available to answer any queries I might have. Ordering made easy by the assistant. Didn’t have to wait too long till the delivery date. Delivery was very smooth and pain free. Listened to my concerns and set up the bed exactly where I wanted it. They didn’t leave until I was totally happy with everything.

Everything went well from the start. Friendly staff who offered me a cup of tea, gave me all the information on the different mattresses and showed me all of my options for a new mattress. Laid out the prices really clearly and how delivery would go. I'm grateful for them taking my old mattress away too. A great job all round.

The delivery was on time. Our old bed was quickly removed and the new bed installed. Very impressed. If we need another bed in the future we will be back!

My review and 5 starts is based off Andrea at the Kettering store only. She has great customer service and knowledgeable. Would recommend visiting her for your Dreams experience. Unfortunately on this occasion Dreams as a compnay was not competitive on pricing as they do not offer blue light card so we went elsewhere.

Received good advice from salesmen, description of mattress, able to try a bed/mattress out for comfort, wasn’t rushed into buying but left to chat with my partner to decide what to do. Salesmen were friendly, helpful and professional at all times. Payment and delivery day arranged to suit us, useful advice at all times which made it a very smooth and enjoyable experience.

I bought a firmer mattress last month.now its having sagging issues at one side.

Delivered on time no problems. Took the old bed away. The guys were very efficient know what they were doing not here long.
