second time I have purchased from Dreams and the service was great the fitters cleaned up every scrap of plastic /cardboard etc .wore protective overshoes ,they were friendly and polite did the assembly in record time . showed me how to operate lifting mattress etc and how to do it safely altogether it was faultless. m ay not need another bed flor sometime but will certyainly choose Dreams

New mattress? Go to Dreams!
If you are looking for a new mattress start with Dreams. The store in Halifax (Shroggs Rd - near B&Q) has a huge range to choose from and very helpful and knowledgeable staff - not pushy, you are given time to browse and think - and they make you a hot drink to enjoy while shopping!

Brilliant service!
Dreams made our search for a new mattress so easy. The staff in the Halifax store and at the time of the delivery were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We ordered our new mattresses on Thursday and the following Monday we were sleeping on it!

The visit to Dreams in Halifax was a decent enough experience. The staff were helpful without being "pushy". The bed eventually purchased met all our requirements. I thought the price was acceptable for a decent Ottoman bed.

Great service from the Halifax Branch
Fiona, the sales assistant was brilliant. Very friendly and approachable. Helped us the the choice of mattress with the sleepmatch machine. She explained the different mattresses, gave us pillows to test out the mattresses and answered questions we had. She also offered solutions to our room set up and what may work for us. She offered us drinks whilst we were there and allowed us time to test out and discuss the mattresses.

The help that Fiona from the Halifax…
The help that Fiona from the Halifax store gave my husband myself on purchasing a new bed, she was fab and did not pester, she left us to potter and seemed to be just there when needed.
To top it all I lost my keys we found them in store but Fiona and a man who was there were fab!!! Also made us both a drink Brill service .
