All the staff were so friendly and helpful as soon as I walked in and were very keen to show me all my options. Delivery was incredibly easy too and they took my existing mattress away.

We were very please with the quality of service during our recent purchase. The store personnel were very friendly and helpful and the delivery men were more than professional with regards to transporting and assembling our new bed. Thank you so much for being so accommodation.

Shaun was extremely helpful in guiding us to choosing the right matress for us. He set us up on the test matress to asses what level of firmness would be correct for us. With this information we were able to test several different matresses to decide which one we liked the most. Shaun gave us all the help we could possibly need without any sales pressure. Overall the Gloucester store was very welcoming and all the staff were most helpful and friendly and we did notice smartly dressed they were and how clean and tidy the store was.
