Great customer service
Great customer service from Janette who listened to my requirements, wasn’t a pushy seller, and who enabled me to buy the right product for my needs, within my budget. Really really impressed.
Also received a free bundle of stuff as I took my mattress away the same day - it was worth over £100.
Couldn’t fault Dreams - what an excellent company.

What a super company from walking into…
What a super company from walking into the store at Durham friendly staff very informative Leanne was exemplary we purchased our bed frame and the service was spot on from purchase to delivery we were kept informed on delivery. The delivery guys were great arrived spot on time in constant contact with you to let you know exactly what time they would arrive. Very impressed thanks😃

Best service
Used to buying stuff online but wanted to take it seriously so we could get good sleep for a change. Was really interesting seeing the posture/sleep position analysing tech. Store was comfy and clean. Staff member Rachel was amazing and really went the extra mile, bought us pillows, gave us a drink, was extremely knowledgeable - she presented and summarised all our options well and gave us the perfect amount of space at the end to try everything out. Super easy to talk to. Sounds dramatic but trying out the new mattresses really changed our quality of life!

Very satisfied customers
From wandering into the store to delivery, everything went smoothly. All staff we encountered were helpful, friendly, polite, courteous and professional with good knowledge of the range of products we were interested in. Mattress very comfortable and pillows (which we hadn't intended to buy) are the most comfortable we've ever had - and in the sale too.

Excellent store in Durham (Carville)
Having shopped in the Durham store before, we returned to buy a new mattress. Staff were great and knowledgeable. After an interactive scan in the Sleepmatch facility, we were shown a number of suitable mattresses and soon came to a decision. All efficiently dealt with and sale completed.
