Upon entering we were not plagued or harassed. We were given some information about where things were and left to browse until we asked for more assistance. Amelia was incredibly informative and helpful and made the whole experience painless and far more enjoyable than any of our other mattress purchasing experiences. Would highly recommend dreams and this Crewe branch in particular in the future based on how the experience went.

Couldn’t recommend purchasing a bed at the Crewe branch with Amelia anymore. She provided outstanding customer service experience and didn’t push us into a purchase, but gave us the time and space we needed to make the right one. We went with the Therapur mattress and all the accessories too which we are excited to try.
Also 100% Recommend trying the sleep match machine!!! It was a great experience which provided us with a range of options matched to me and my partner.

We had a lot of decisions to make having just moved from another country. Rachel at Crewe branch was so patient and helpful. The other staff in the store were lovely too. The delivery service was second to none. A very good shopping experience.

Extremelty helpful and knowledgable staff. Good discounts and large range of products in store. Delivery time relatively short and lots of optional add-ons.

Our new bed has proved to be an excellent purchase and we are very pleased with it. The storage underneath is excellent and has allowed us to free up a lot of valuable space elsewhere and keep our home more organised.

We ordered a new bed and mattress from the store in Crewe. Staff in store were nice, but the process after was a nightmare. We arranged a delivery date for after our new carpet went in, so they had a lead time of over 6 weeks, and then when the delivery arrived, they didn't have the bed, only the mattress! They had lost the bed! Credit to them, they delivered a kingsize devan a few days later until they found the bed. Fats forward 2 weeks, and they found the bed and delivered it. When the bed was up, we found that it was actually longer than standard king size, resulting in a 1ft wide gap between the end of the mattress and the bed. Not only did this result in the gap between the end of the bed and wardrobe being too small to get through, it also resulted in our 3 year old grandchild getting stuck in the slats! When we raised a complaint, we were told it was the correct size for the bed (no one ever informed us that it was longer than standard at any point), and offered a replacement different bed. After the issues we have had it was easier for us to buy cushions to fill the gap at the bottom of the bed, and replace the wardrobe, but the handling of what is a justified complaint was poor indeed. I have not even had a reply to my latest email! Note to self- never assume a king size bed is only king size!

We visited Dreams in Crewe where Jackie was really helpful, we were long overdue a new mattress & was pleasantly surprised by the help we received from Jackie. We bought a new mattress & it has already been delivered by 2 guys who were also really helpful, nothing was too much trouble, well done, you really are the 'Dream Team' :-)

My wife and I went to the Dreams store in Crewe and we were found it to be a very pleasant experience with very pleasant and knowledgeable staff, nothing seemed too much trouble for them to ensure we were completely satisfied with our purchase.

We were supported by Natalie (Crewe Branch), who was very helpful, pleasant and polite.

Natalie at the Crewe Store was extremely informative, helpful and welcoming...we were helped to choose just what we wanted. Before we went in we were confused as to what we wanted but Natalie guided us to be able to choose just the right mattress by advising different ones to try that would most likely suit our needs

Dreams Crewe was an excellent experience all round, natalie was not pushy, really knowledgable and friendly and stuck to my budget. She showed me their sleepmatch machine which recommended beds based on myself and my partners requirements. Would absolutely recommend. Really happy with the products and the service that followed.

Bought a super king size mattress from Crewe store, found the staff welcoming and very helpful. delivery lads were fantastic, taking the old mattress away and fitting the new, advising of care and how to look after it.

Dreams Beds is the worst company I have ever dealt with! I ordered a bed on August 10th with delivery set for 27th August. Had three emails confirming delivery including one on the morning of 27th to say they were on their way...nothing. Trying to contact customer services is a joke as they never answer. Leaving a message gets no response. Went into the shop and demanded that they contacted customer services whilst I was there. This led to an email three days later saying delivery would now be Monday 6th September...nothing. Tried and failed to make any contact with them. Waited until 11th September and cancelled the order in line with their small print. Had a phone call from the refund department to confirm a full refund within 72 hours...nothing. it's now 27th September and still no contact! Truly shocking customer service. They should rebrand from Dreams to Nightmares, that would be more accurate description.

The lady in the branch at Crewe called Natalie was very helpful in helping me find the correct mattress, she was not pushy, she showed me the ones that was recommended and left me to try the different ones , I left to go to look elsewhere just for various stock , Natalie thanked me and wished me well , with half an hour I went back to Natalie to place my order , as the other place I went to the man was rude and showed no interest, I enjoyed talking to Natalie and I took her advice on board , that’s why I went back , there should be more like Natalie helpful and polite , thank you for a lovely shopping experience.
The delivery men were also very helpful and polite, well done 👏

I was shopping locally and noticed the Dreams store and as I was planning a redecoration of my son’s bedroom decided to pop in. The staff member could not have been more helpful, he chatted to understand what I was looking for and showed me various options as well as mattresses. I hadn’t gone in with the intention to purchase at the time however ended up doing so because of the fantastic service I experienced and the quality of the product. Service is everything to me and I am happy to pay a bit extra for outstanding service.

Everything went perfectly. The bed, frame and headboard are very well made. The delivery guys were excellent and the customer service cannot be faulted

We couldn't have had a better experience. Lisa was amazing. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all the differnt types of matresses and how they would wear over time. She didn't talk too much. Everything she said was relevant and helped us to make our decision. The staff although being on hand and eager to help didn't hang over us making us feel pressured like at other stores. We just felt way more comfortable in this store than in the other bed store we went too. We took a long time to decide between two very different types of beds and the staff were so patient. And when we did decide, we changed our mind and Jade (who placed our order) had to change the order, but nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely buy from the Crewe Dreams shop again!
