Brilliant service from start to finish. Provided expert guidance in-store and told me everything I needed to make my decision.
Then, when the bed was delivered and built the gents couldn't be more helpful. They really couldn't do enough, clearing away any packaging and removing my old bed. Couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.

Because the guy who Delt with us, actually listened to us knowing what we was after and took us to a few beds to which we could have or mix n match without forcing us to buy, to which he had a fab personality too and because he was so good and did us a fab offer,not just for us but a mattress for our autistic son too we went back and brought our bed the next day to which we are so happy and sleep so well at night , thank you n sorry forgot your name 🥰 shall be back to get son n daughter their beds too

I initially enquired via online chat as I needed a specific delivery date with assembly as well. The operator then asked me to phone her and she ordered and arranged delivery and assembly and took payment. On the arranged day, I was given a two hour slot and the delivery men phoned to keep me updated on their expected arrival time. When they arrived, they assembled the bed quickly. All in all, excellent service and great quality. Highly recommed.

A lot of personal help and advice choosing the bed I needed and the service was very good. The bed is lovely and comfortable (although a little high) and I am very pleased and satisfied. Thank you.

Everything from the first visit to the shop to the delivery was spot on. And the bed itself is SOOOOO comfortable!

From shop to construction everyone was very professional and thorough, and made sure I got the right bed for me. The bed is wonderful and I'm so pleased with it, thank you Dreams.

From the moment that we entered the Crewe store we where put at ease by Customer Service advisor (Jacky), who after listening to our reasons for wanting help in improving our sleep time, offered us coffee and explained the process and that it would actually be the correct bed that would select us.
A new experience on the computer aided bed that would take measurements and positioning options.
We tested 3 or 4 mattresses, ultimately selecting the initial mattress as the one that we were both comfortable with.
Everything from that point followed like a well oiled machine, finance, delivery, recycling of old mattress.
We came away from the store thinking that we had been well looked after,
Now experiencing the comfort and support of our new mattress.

Fabulous in store service. We found the perfect mattress for our daughter which was delivered the following week. She said it’s the most comfortable mattress she has ever slept on and her quality of sleep is much better. The delivery men were really pleasant and took the mattress upstairs for me.
