Great customer service at the Colindale store. The beds and mattresses are great as well.

Really great experience in the store. Employees were extremely helpful and there is a wide variety of options and payment plans.

The customer service was very good ,all information about the matress explained ,very quick to order & received on time ,very impressed .

Michael (in Dreams Colindale Brach) greated us well and professionally upon arrival, he offered us drinks and directed us to Sleepmatch machine which I personally think is one of the best inventions ever. He kindly advised us with the selected mattresses, he then directed us to selected mattresses providing us with a pillow for full real-life experience. He adhered to hygiene protocols all throughout and he never hesitated offering his help all throughout to sales and completion of the order. Thanks to Michael for his great effort and help and thanks to Dreams for employing such professional personels

We went to Dreams Colindale store to buy a bed for our disabled daughter. Wojciech greeted us and helped us looked at various beds and mattresses. All other staff at the store were helpful and courteous at all times.
We ended up buying two beds!
The beds were delivered on time and the delivery team were faultless.
Well done all at Dreams!

The whole experience of selecting the beds in the store to final delivery and construction of the beds was excellent. Store staff was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. There was no hard sale push in the store. Delivery was on time and the ottoman beds were made by the delivery team in a fantastic way.

Good service in store, ordered sprung bed base, arrived on delivery date and was kept well informed of delivery, friendly delivery men took upstairs to room I required no problem. The base good quality, no damage easy to set up, happy with purchase.

The service is great, Just simple as the promise thy do, really straight forward

I purchased a Deacon Upholstered Bed Frame with mattress for reasons including that at the time it could be delivered and assembled within a week. (This bed was meant for my recently widowed mother, and the plan was to have it fitted before returning home)

On the day of delivery, the assembly team could not complete the job as they had sent 2 pairs of left legs (instead of a pair of left and right). It took 10 further days to get replacement legs sent to me, only to find that yet again they sent me another pair of left legs.

During this process, communication was terrible; I was forced to call customer service and the local store to find out and coordinate the delivery and assembly.

It took too long to wait for the next rescheduled assembly (pending arrival of a new set of legs). So I took matters into my own hands and it only took some basic DIY to repurpose the spare legs and assemble the bed my self.

Before the bed was delivered in it's entirety (due to the missing legs), I discovered it was being discounted on the website by £300. Customer service were borderline rude and not receptive to honouring the price promise despite falling within the time window, which I felt was unfair.

Credit where it is due, Mohammed at the Colindale store was fantastic in helping select the right bed which turned out beautifully. The delivery and assembly fees were refunded.

Peter has since been in touch and the issues have been resolved amicably. I'm glad that Dreams has the appropriate channels and processes to to address such problems.

Rating has been increased from 2 to 4 stars.

I will continue being a longterm customer at Dreams.

Highly recommend the Colindale store , Mohamed was just amazing.

Dream store that we went to was good but it needed air-conditioning it was far too hot in the place. The assistant was really nice and helped us pick the right bed and mattress didn’t try to push for us to pay more than we were looking to pay and helped us find good value

Excellent customer service from Michael and his team including the store manager in the Colindale branch.
We bought kids bed/mattresses in the past, Tv bed in lockdown period and 2 sofa beds this month with mattress toppers.
The support and satisfaction received is outstanding.
When issues raised, there’s always a solution to meet your requirements.

Sadly the delivery service that I paid for ruined the experience of the purchase. I called the store manager and he just said review it separately to the purchase - not really interested. Rather stick with John Lewis infuture. it’s all about the commission to Dreams. No customer service Certainly not with paying a delivery charge for.
