We had such a wonderful experience at Dreams in Colindale, and I really wanted to take a moment to leave a review and recognise the fantastic customer service we received from Mohamed.
From the moment we arrived, Mohamed was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He was very patient with us and took the time to make sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. He never made us feel rushed, and his calm, friendly and approachable manner made the whole experience so much more enjoyable.
One small but thoughtful gesture that really stood out was when he offered us some water. It may seem like a simple thing, but it showed how attentive and considerate he was towards us as customers. It’s these little touches that make such a big difference. He also asked us if we were interested in purchasing pillows. This showed care as he wanted to make sure we maximise comfort and help us to complete the purchase.
Mohamed was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and his friendly attitude and excellent customer service really made our visit a positive one. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about providing a good experience for customers, and that deserves to be recognised.
Once again, a huge thank you to Mohamed for being so welcoming, patient, and professional. We left feeling really happy with our experience at Dreams in Colindale. Excellent service and a real credit to the team — we would definitely recommend visiting!

Outstanding customer care from Mohamed & Colindale Team
I bought a divan a few weeks ago online. It was delivered to my home with care. The delivery men were excellent. Kept me up to date and were very considerate.
On this experience I went to Dreams Colindale that delivered the divan.
I met Mohamed (MA43) who was outstanding. He was professional, patient and friendly as he guided me through my options. I used the sleepmatch machine to find my ideal mattress.
I went into the store again today and bought my mattress.
Mohamed is a credit to Dreams and I hope he is looked after as he takes pride in his work and offers outstanding customer care.
I will be back for my 3rd purchase very soon

Poor installation
Bed seems great. We paid for installation. However, this was not done properly and so we had to re-do it ourselves. Wouldn't pay for installation service.
