Well done Dreams at Chingford, from the store to the delivery men everyone was helpful. Would thoroughly recommend anyone thinking of getting a new bed to go to Dreams you will not be disappointed. I was even offered a drink when visiting the store, there was no pressure from them, thank you dreams by bed is perfect.

From the attention in the store to the care and consideration shown by the delivery staff, this company still cares about customer care and service - which is rare nowadays.

We had great experience at Dreams
We had great experience at Dreams. Staff was amazing at providing information. We felt comfortable and confident about our choice at the time of purchase and we are very satisfied after using the mattress at home. Personal service and very knowledgeable and helpful staff
From the minute we stepped into the showroom we were assisted, guided and advised on our mattress requirements. This included, offers of refreshments and finding pillows that individually suited us. Once we’d selected a mattress we were also helped to choose extras - pillows, mattress toppers / protectors. Staff were helpful, knowledgeable and gave us the attention needed for a successful purchase. Would definitely recommend the Chingford store. Thank you

Very welcoming and friendly in store the lady provided a professional service. After successfully choosing our mattress we were provided a lovely cup of coffee.
The delivery men were also very helpful and friendly.
