This was a fantastic experience from start to finish from buying the bed in store to the Delivery guys taking the bed into the loft room even though it was very difficult turning the huge headboard round the corners they got it in and set up the TV bed and all is functioning exactly as it should. The Delivery guys were very friendly and they were quick as possible and also very careful with our new house.

Visited Dreams Chingford 06/12/25 was looking to buy a mattress.
A staff member was so rude, didn't make the effort of helping.
Absolutely disgusting service.
Strongly recommend not to visit this store

Awful delivery experience
Awful delivery experience, had to chase after the delivery truck as they had delivered to a completely different house. I would have not received my order had I not noticed this as the driver was adamant he had delivered correctly when I contacted them. Also, left all the parts in the downstairs concierge area leaving me to bring the parts upstairs by myself.

Your assistant came straight to as I entered the store, and politely asked if he could help. He explained how you advised your customers to choose a bed and took me through the whole process.

Delivery drivers
I didn’t think the delivery drivers on this occasion were very good, they didn’t offer to take the cardboard containers away, and when they left after leaving them downstairs and I carried the boxes up my hands were black and my t. Shirt as the box lids were covered in a dirty dust.

Excellent service
Excellent service from the time we walked into the shop until the time of delivery. Attentive service and attention to detail. My husband has found that he doesn’t get pain in his hip since having the new bed. Good storage under the bed. We also like the height of the bed.
