Wonderful staff helpful and friendly

Great help from Nancy she has a good understanding of your products 10/10 service

We were spoken to respectively the lady understood what we needed we laid on matters to see what was best for our body shape and was taken to the best bed for our needs and price

We knew which bed frame we wanted but unsure as to what mattress would be best suited to our needs. We were greatly helped by Josh in the store who answered any questions we had with expert knowledge of mattress construction and advised on which would be best for us.
Very helpful and friendly we were most impressed.
The delivery went ahead as promised with no fuss.
Assembly of the bed was completed in quick time by Tom and his colleague no mess at all.
The whole experience was hassle free and we would recommend the Company without reservation.

We bought a bed and mattress at Broadstairs store. We paid for delivery to room but were not told we needed to specifically ask for assembly of bed and recycling of old bed. It was obvious we would need this as the bed was for a disabled person who was with us.
I'm now trying to arrange assembly and recycling: half hour wait for customer services then got cut off with no reply. I just don't have time for this in the middle of a busy teaching day. We should have been told at the time of purchase in store.

The two men that put it together were so lovely, professional and quick.

The young manager woman at the Broadstairs/WWX branch was fun, knowledgeable and an absolute delight.

The two young lads who delivered the mattress were very friendly and a great help.

And the mattress has saved my back!

The delivery service team went above and beyond very professional.

Lovely experience and helpful staffs

We were greeted by Kai in Broadstairs, Westwood. He showed us the Sleepmatch machine, in which it offered us a wide range of mattresses. Kai also gave us pillows to try with the mattresses. We both loved the Dream Team Gold Prescot Combination Mattress. Whilst we were going through our order Kai offered us a drink. He showed us all the options and extras and didn’t pressure us at all. Amazing service from Kai, thank you!

Nancy in the salesroom was extremely helpful and friendly and the delivery men were great. They built my bed and removed all packaging. Great service all round

Because i paid all that money for bed and the feet still not been put on bed base

Dreams at Westwood cross was a wonderful shopping experience.
Kai was attentive knew his products and was genuinely friendly and efficient his selling skills and knowledge were outstanding his colleague ( can’t remember her name ) was by his side assisting and also friendly .
What a lovely store I will definitely be visiting that particular store for another bed for my spare room .

Nancy in the Broadstairs branch showed unbelievable customer service, even when she knew we had no interest in purchasing she showed an interest in my young child and really made his day
