We went to Dreams in Brislington, Bristol to look for a new bed, mattress & headboard. I must say the experience from entering the store to leaving was first class. Jennifer who served us, showed us all our options, after using the in-house computer to narrow down which mattress was more suited for my back problem. She was very knowledgeable and helped us from start to finish, exceptional asset to your company. Delivery team were also first class.

Brilliant customer service from Reiss, at Brislington store. Very knowledgeable, helped me to find mattresses that suited budget and requirements without any pressure. Delivery quick and efficient and very pleased with the new mattresses! Would definitely recommend.

The gentleman at the showroom was patient and helpful. The mattress was delivered on time, and the old mattress taken away exactly as promised. The pillows are extra comfortable. My husband says he no longer wakes up with backache. I am still suffering some backache, but nothing like as bad as before.

I bought a very expensive Harrison Spinks dreams flaxby collection mattress and was very happy with it, for less than a couple of months, after a few months I decided to make a complaint and they sent out someone to check the mattress, after being told “it’s within expectations “ I continued to suffer pain and sleepless nights and after a year it got too much to bear and I complained again, and yet again I was told “ within expectations “ I have had to resort to buying a new mattress today and less than 18 months after spending well over £1000 on this stupid dreams mattress.
Needless to say I’m furious about it but at least now I can lie down on my bed and not be in pain.

I will never purchase another mattress from dreams again!

Good service help full staff

Kept us informed of the delivery and time and the delivery man was very friendly and helpful.

Every single person I spoke to was helpful and efficient. We swopped our mattress as I found it too soft and nothing was too much trouble for all of the colleagues we dealt with. There is a good range of products which you can try out in store. Only thing to watch out for is that if they give you free items such as a mattress protector or pillows, this comes off the cost of the mattress, so if you want to do an exchange you'll have a lower amount available to you to use.

So rare to find a UK company with great customer service, but this is one that has the correct formula. Good job Dreams!

The sales assistant was informative and gave us time to try the recommended mattresses.
The mattress was delivered on the date given.
The mattress had a lingering smell which is only just getting fainter, so we have had to air the mattress daily for a couple of weeks.
We kept the mattress as it was comfortable and hoped that the smell would eventually go!
