Very welcoming and helpful staff.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Assistance was provided as the perfect time when not prompted and assistance in finding the best mattress and bed buy was extremely helpful. They even assisted in measuring the frames in the store with a measure which I did not have with me during my visit.

I am sorry you are having issues with the mattress. It is for these reasons that Dreams offer our 100 night comfort guarantee. Whereby if you are not happy with the mattress you can swap it for an alternative.
I can see that you have taken advantage of this already, and that you have a new mattress due to be delivered on 12th February.

Amazing services at the store
Amazing services at the store, the lady went through all the mattresses that were fit for purpose she also made us jump a assessment bed(what ever you call it) to give a good understanding on the most suitable mattress.
Delivery was on time with lots of reminders and the delivery guys were great.

Dreams is a dream
Sam in the Bradford store made our visit a breeze. Minimal wait time to be dealt with. Able to order the bed we wanted without pressure. Gave us a brew while we waited which was a nice touch.

Staff will not tell you all the information!
I went into dreams knowing which mattress I wanted as I’d had it before and was told to use the machine. The machine showed which mattresses to try and I was told not to try any of the other mattresses because the machine recommended a medium firmness. I chose one of the ones recommend and paid £2,500.
Was told about the 100 day guarantee. After 3 nights sleeping on it my back was suffering so I couldn’t sleep on it anymore. I went into the store and told them I wanted the mattress I originally wanted.
I was phoned a few days later and told to pay £50 for a re-delivery fee. ( no one had mentioned this when buying).
I was then told if I wanted to return and cancel the whole order I wouldn’t be able to get refunded and they don’t accept returns. I’d have to choose a different mattress and would receive only store credit for the difference. (Once again no one mentioned this in store).
Apparently all that information was sent to my email! But I’d already signed the finance agreement before I got the email with terms and conditions.
I would never buy from dreams again and will be doing my best to make sure no one I know will either because they don’t give you all the information.

Whilst I understand your frustration with this, I can only reiterate that the terms and conditions are clearly displayed in store, online, and are contained in the email sent to you with your order confirmation. The important parts are also included in the 'key facts' attachment that comes with the order confirmation. However, we will of course take your feedback on board, and look to see how we can become even more transparent regarding our policies
