Visited your Blackburn store where we were meet by Ahmer who was really helpful and pleasant . Tried the test bed to find which mattress which would be best suited to our needs He showed us various ones which we were able to try out .The one we chose was delivered on the day requested by a very pleasant and efficient team. 17/06/25

Went to Blackburn Store today and served by Niamh. She was so helpful and informative and polite about the bed base that we purchased, We wasnt pressured into buying was made welcome by Niamh offered us a drink Tea, Coffee.

On entering the store i said to the other half we are just looking we ain't buying or committing to anything today. Im guessing Niamh had other ideas. She approached as we got to the centre of the branch friendly smile and very professional. Said hello and asked how we was doing. I explained we was "just looking" so she let just have a wonder around and try some beds. We called he over for some help and she put us on the simulation bed.. the rest is history... we picked a mattress and I fell in love with the bed frame and headboard in the corner.. From not buying to spending over £1000 i think Niamh did very well. Definitely strong with the force (that's a different story). We placed the order and had a very good conversation regarding star wars ( massive SW fan) that sealed the deal. Your colleague is ace, full of knowledge and customer service is outstanding. Also the hot chocolate is lovely. On another note i cycle down the leeds liverpool canal every now and again i will be tempted to stop in for one in the near future. Ending this feedback the three staff that were on shift yesterday 28-6-25 including Niamh are brilliant.. Credit were credit is due. 10/10

Good in store experience and ease of ordering, delivery arrangements spot on and collection of old mattress and a good quality product!

For years I have struggled with finding the correct mattress, and must admit buying cheap mattresses that didn’t last or did anything for me.
I suffer with chronic back pain as I have hyperlordosis, so I decided enough is enough and buy a good quality mattress.
It’s the first time I’ve ever been to Dreams and the experience was brilliant.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Suleman with a smile and his friendliness really made me feel at ease.
He introduced me to the sleepmatch scanner which analysed my body and my needs and recommended what firmess level I needed and what type of mattress.
He walked me round the store and explained each mattress through, let me test them out without rushing me.
When I chose a mattress we sat down and was offered a hot drink as he confirmed all the details, payment and choosing a delivery date was extremely easy and quick. He gave me 2 pillows and an Anti-allergy waterproof bed sheet for free too!
100% would recommend anyone to just spend that extra bit more and get a good mattress that will last and get yourselves to Dreams. The service was amazing. I won’t go anywhere else now.

Did not rush the sale. Asked questions to understand our requirements. Walked through different options and gave us time to make the right decisions.

I have 5 star because I love the bed but the installation team maybe need a bit more training. They said they couldn't get my headboard up stairs and suggested I cancelled the order to reorder a king size bed. I had already got rid of the old bed so this simply wasn't an option. All it needed was the headboard removing from the box and it was easily taken upstairs. I rang the delivery guys back and they submitted a refund for the installation fee which I received and we all laughed about it. Other than that the bed is superb. Niamh at Blackburn branch was brilliant in helping us build our perfect bed and fully explained everything including letting us try several different combos or mattress and bed to ensure I fit in because I am very tall

From ordering the items instore to the drivers dropping the items off, everything was A1. Thank you!

Hello sorry but my bed is not right the mattress is way to hard so I have not enjoyed sleeping on it at all. I have been told I can change the mattress but have to pay nighty five pounds witch is going to be hard but I have to do it. Sorry but I don't think I will be going to a dreams store for a new bed next time sorry carol dean.

Niamh at the Blackburn store was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Explained everything in detail about the different products and the process from purchase to delivery etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent customer service

Helpful staff in store. Good advice and opportunity for scan to help select best mattress. Delivered at time promised and mattress was put on bed and old one taken away.
Had good nights sleep on it.
