Friendly staff, great product and excellent delivery and fitting service!!

Everything was very good

Although it took a little time for somebody to acknowledge us, we had a great interaction with Darren at our local store. He talked us through what worked for us, we must have tried 20 mattresses and he was very patient. Kudos Darren!

Suleman was from start to finish,so informative and so helpful made our experience so pleasant and less stressful... listened to what our needs were wasn't pushy to get the sale...He made us feel comfortable and wanted us to be sure what we bought was in fact the right choice... Having now recd our purchase we know we made the right choice with Sulemans help thankyou again for the time you spent with us

Good treatment at Dreams Blackburn: I told them what I wanted and they delivered. I got to lay on this hi tech bed the sensors of which measured the ideal mattress type for my body. The rest of the service - delivery etc - also good. Most importantly the mattress itself is fantastic. I am now sleeping much better on this new mattress from Dreams.

Mattress frame had a cracked weld on inspection contacted our store the day after delivery to report had to send photos and emails to confirm now nearly 2 weeks of messing around waiting for the store to sort it out with no avail and sleeping on our mattress on the floor
Rang customer services after being told to by a staff member at the original shop as it seemed too much hassle for him to help us and within 5 minutes the call center member of staff had sorted it out and processed our replacement (she was excellent)
We then got a phone call off the staff member who had originally sold us the bed saying they had received an email stating it had all been sorted again no apologies

As it had been a few years since buying a new mattress, the bed match was a real bonus. Based on the results a number of different options were offered and encouraged to try. The advisor was extremely knowledgeable, patient and answered all our questions.
Having made the purchase, delivery times were advised and subsequently met. The delivery crew were efficient, tidy and had a very pleasant manner.
We would highly recommend Dreams as a customer focused experience.
