Very comfortable bed and mattress
Needed to buy a double bed and mattress and the sales person offered the sleepmatch, as I was not sure which mattress to choose. Turned out perfectly! Very happy with my purchase and very grateful for the sales person’s help.

The customer service was good the team called to inform us about there arrival time
They arrived at the time they said that they will arrive removed their shoes before they entered the room
The bed was assembled very well and we have not had any issues since then

Excellent experience (second time around!)
This is the second purchase from Dreams in the past 7 years. Always a fabulous experience, I kick myself for getting seduced by those mattresses in a box, the quality and comfort do not compare!
Purchased my new mattress at the end of May in the Acton shop with Lynda, who helped us navigate the fancy sleepmatch machine! (fabulous) and assisted in trying all the different options available, which is hard when you have 2 different types of sleepers. But Lynda was great, pampered us with coffee and patience. Delivery took 2 weeks, approximately, and the delivery team was super professional. Removal of the old mattress was also seamless. So, thank you for restoring my sleep with a new super comfortable addition. Our cats also approve!

The level of assistance/support was professional
The level of assistance/support was highly professional at every point. My wife and I were kindly offered to try the Sleepmatch diagnostic bed, wich is advanced technology. The lady who assisted us on Dreams in Acton, was extremely kind, polite, supportive and professional at all times. We were also offered a great discount, as part of a very convenient final price package. Dreams is definitely Superior Level. We're both very satisfied and happy with our purchase. We would strongly recommend Dreams. Simply, a perfect buying experience!
