New to these online competitions brought 30 tickets won only won the 700 raptor auction, took the cash alternative couldnt belive it had a call within 20 mins of auction closing very happy will keep playing hopefully my lucks in..

Thanks Dream Big Competitions. I recently won a Subaru Impreza. My dream car. Unfortunately due to circumstances I couldn't take the car so I went for the cash alternative. Happy with the outcome, thanks again guys!

Dream big more like dream on

Dream big more like dream on.

Entered an instant win competition. I won a silver bar, only to receive an email 7 days later explaining they do not have the prize in stock and can’t get it from the suppliers. Waited 2 months to get a cash alternative (lower than the prize) with messages explaining they cannot process payments due to problems there end.

Nothing instant about the whole procedure.

Very quick process on deposits though

Hi George we're sorry to hear you're disappointed with your experience with Dream Big Competitions. We'll just clarify a few points you made in your review also.

I'm sure you remember George a member of the team reaching out straight away to get you sorted with your Instant Win for the PAMP 1oz Year Of The Horse Silver Bar. Once you said you wanted the silver bar which we were more than happy with by the way, we checked with our supplier and that's when we realised that all PAMP silver was out of stock everywhere and in that situation what we do is offer a cash alternative equal or more than the original prize which was £100 cash when the bar costs us £93.80 when in stock or an alternative like a 1oz Perth Mint silver bar which you both didn't want back in January when we were in contact.

In that situation George all we can do is create a stock alert with our supplier and still to no joy so that's why you couldn't receive the 1oz silver PAMP bar which if you check is still out of stock on most websites. As we said above George if you are going to claim that you got paid a cash alternative a lot less than your original prize feel free to include the amount in your review.

Also in regards to the messages saying we couldn't process payments well that was due to us having issues with our bank provider and as soon as our banking issues was resolved we got you paid out that day.

Thanks for the review George and sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience with us at Dream Big Competitions although it was out of our hands and if someone is refusing to take a cash alternative more than their prize what would you expect us to do in that situation? Thanks George.

Great experience, I won from and instant win.
entered with £1 and one a 1g gold bar.
very quick and easy with them getting a hold of me after winning, I will be entering again through them.
Very well made website and every easy to use.
