As others have pointed out - they claim to allow postal entries but don't honour them.

I haven’t played on Pristine for some time. But yesterday I received a promo email with a special offer so decided to take a punt. I got lucky! Last night I won £1000 for 79p and received the funds in to my bank account this morning. I'm a very happy chappie. What a great start to the weekend. Thank you Pristine. I'll be back. xx

They have a great mixture of different prizes and the value per ticket is about as good as you'll get. Giving 5 stars is easy because I finally won something!

I was lucky enough to win a VW Touareg Black Edition. Opted for the £40k cash alternative instead. Money was in my account the following morning. Received a call from Declan a short time later for a chat. Would highly recommend this friendly and trustworthy company. Anyone saying its a scam is simply disgruntled because they havent won. 100% legit.

Horrendous. They only understand how to rinse people of money, they don't know the first thing about running a business appropriately or running a website, especially a running regulated marketing activities.
I've lost count of how many times I've told these people to delete my details over the past several years (because I did use the service once, way back then). I've completed the 'STOP' SMS reply process, several times over.
But what happens?? They reset the marketing permissions for all accounts every 3-6 months and begin spamming every single person yet again, despite having no permission to do so.

Blatant breach of GDPR, yet they continue to operate in the most negligent way.
One of several 'comp' companies run by random lamen who don't know the first thing, and operate purely on negligence.

Sort your data use out, GDPR is a serious matter and you're responsible every single step of the way.

Literally breaking the law in order to spam people into giving them money.

Bought a ticket and received notice that I was in the draw, however, to date I have not received any further information. I do not know if it was ever completed but have given up hope of ever knowing.

Don't use pristine comp they gave me a car I spent years trying to win that needs 2500 worth of work for rusty chassis and misfire to mention the worst things. They're fobbing it off and the guy that rang me to deal with it was unapologetic,aggressive and swearing once I told him I just want the car fixed at their cost. I'm unwilling to return it for their car less then market value offer, I wanted the car so I took 2 days off to go get it. Very poor. Blamed the car being 21 years old but seen plenty of classics as prizes that are in doubt great condition

They do not send a order confirmation and I could not find the live draw,once you have bought your ticket that's it.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I was lucky enough to win a prize, and the prize was processed immediately with no hassle. The whole process was smooth, professional and exactly as promised.

I've won a guitar with another competition site before, but that experience was the complete opposite. I had to chase that other site for around three months before finally receiving my prize.
Needless to say I have left that other site a bad trustpilot review.

Compared to that company, Pristine Competitions has been outstanding. Fast, reliable and trustworthy. I wouldn't hesitate to enter competitions with Pristine again.

Have sent multiple free postal entries over last few months and not one has been entered despite meeting all requirements set out in T&Cs and the draw not being sold out. ( entries sent up to 10 days in advance so they didn't arrive late )

I am not sure about this competitions brought tickets today took money no tickets recieved emailed them no reply

This company has a long standing habit of hyping up free ticket giveaways on their Facebook page. But whilst they'll post several videos every day for whatever the big prize is, at least half of the days every week they don't actually post the code for the tickets. This has went on for literally months, as several people in the comments have mentioned more than once.
Finally I mentioned that it was really annoying that they make various customers wait about for an hour waiting to see if they can get a tiny handful of free tickets and instead of explaining their behaviour, they blocked me on Facebook. Dreadfully juvenile and unprofessional IMO. I've spent plenty of money on this site, doubt I'll be doing that again.

Great competitions & first time winning love it

Money gone from my account last night but no verification yet trying to log on today many times to no avail

I have sent 4 emails since 03/05/2026 to Pristine Competitions to close my Account but have received no response or acknowledgement whatsoever so I am very disappointed by this. I am hoping I can get a response here as I don't know what else I can do.
