We got our new boiler installed from them a few days back. Very happy with the work. Done everything as promised. Will happily recommend them.

I had a new boiler/hot water cylinder/wireless thermostat (Hive) installed. All work was done to budget and on time. Very happy with the quality of the work. Drayton's people were all extremely courteous and professional at all time. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone, and would have no hesitation in using them again.

Drayton Boiler Services, after assessing our problems, recommended upgrading our heating system to a pressurised system with a new boiler. They completed the works and fitted the new boiler efficiently, courteously and with minimum disruption, all within the time frame specified. Since the work was completed the problems we had have gone away, the house is much warmer and it would appear we are using less gas for our heating than before. I would recommend using Drayton to anyone looking to update there heating system.

The service I received from start to finish when fitting a new boiler was excellent and the price was not bad either.

Great pre sales with expert discussion on hive, filters and type of boiler needed. No pushy sales just facts. Installation was excellent even when they lost most of the first day due to a power cut. The two installers were respectful, got on with work and were a joy to have around.
All in all I felt like I was important to them as an individual. That makes such a difference.

Hard to find anything bad to say.

Every person I have been in contact with at Drayton has been friendly, very helpful and importantly, knowledgeable. From the first person I spoke to on the phone to the engineers that installed my new boiler and hot water tank. They have patiently answered all my questions and made any changes I have requested without issue. They provided me with different options to choose from and were clear about the cost.

The engineers that came to my house were very pleasant, they protected the carpets where they were working and cleaned up after themselves. They even provided me with a couple of fan heaters over night as I was going to be without heating, which I thought was a nice touch.

I seldom give any product or service 5 stars even if I like it, but it is hard to think of any reason not to fully recommend Drayton without any reservations. I'll be asking them back soon to install a new bathroom for me.
