Great service. Engineers on site do need to remember that it is your house and be considerate of that.

Another company who in this day and age of communications cannot contact someone to say they have made a mistake with the booking times. Its so frustrating to agree a time which is a 2 hour slot so that gives Drayton flexibilty with the times if another job runs over. You sort your day out to make sure you are there for them and they don't turn up. Well they did at 3.30pm for their 1pm to 3pm booking. A simple call to say theres been a cock up and that could have changed everything. I run a building company and with no customer service I will never use these guys for personal or for business. Surely they can get it right, its not difficult. The reply from Drayton says they never took my number, they did take it but probably never amended their record. They cocked up the bookings and expected me to wait for them. Someone could have come round if they had lost my number to let me know what was going on as they had messed up. No they didn't do that, as that would be their time and they would rather me waste my time. I had to go out so left just before they eventually arrived. Its not the fact they were half an hour after the agreed time its the fact that it all could have been avoided if they had good customer service and came to let me know and also take my number. As a customer I want to be treated with some value not just another appointment. If a mistake is made then you make amends but this was not how Drayton treated theirs.

We had a new boiler with a Hive unit fitted and our pipes flushed by Drayton. They have done a fantastic job. Everyone one was friendly, polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. We also had our old boiler serviced by them too and we will definitely use them to service our new one.

We were really impressed with everyone involved and with the whole process from start to finish, including those behind the scenes in the office such as those who manned the phones in a welcoming and efficient way and Gary who helped to make things happen when they were supposed to.
We were very impressed with Steve’s knowledge, his prompt visit to quote for the work and the way he gave informed, friendly and helpful advice. His advice on choice of materials, equipment and colours were all spot on and his regular visits to ensure everything was happening correctly and on time were also greatly appreciated.
Special mention for Terry’s outstanding plumbing and his cheerful willingness to tackle anything and everything and for Martin’s precision tiling. But everyone played a vital part. Terry and James were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were a pleasure to have around. Martin was dedicated to his tiling and was also very friendly and helpful as was Barry with his excellent plastering and Sam with his efficient electrics.
Technically the standard of work is high and this together with top quality equipment, fittings and materials has left us extremely pleased with the result. Drayton were recommended to us and we shall not hesitate to recommend you to others.

We were really impressed with Drayton. They gave an extremely competitive quote compared to other companies and were not pushy. James, who installed our boiler worked extremely hard and kept any disruption to a minimum. He left the place clean and tidy. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Drayton Boiler Services are a friendly family company, they kept us informed from quotation to installation. They also checked to ensure that everything was working on our new boiler and that we were happy with the installation. Rob & Steve their installers did a good and tidy job and they were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Steve & Gary from Drayton were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble including sorting out our hive problem, not forgetting Sam the electrician who was also very helpful and tidy job. Prior to purchasing Drayton provided a professional review of the installation requirements and equipment specifications. On acceptance of the contract the installation took place on time and attention to detail was evident. We did encounter a minor problem with the existing header tank ball valve and overflow pipe work this was immediately rectified and all defective parts replaced within the contract price. Operational instruction were clearly outlined plus the old boiler disposed of dust covers removed and working area cleaned. A professional approach to technical advice and installation.
