Order never received, no updates, no replies
Ordered an anniversary gift at 16th of february and it still didn't arrive. I waited for the maximum amount of days for the processing and the shipment. All they do is give 10% of the purchase as the refund. In PostNl it says Shipment not physically presented to PostNL!! I contact them everyday and tehy also stoped replying. I am very very dissatisfied and wanting answers ASAP!
