BEWARE!!!!
Read the reviews before I bought Cancelled order by NOT checking,"BUY NOW" and all my card details( or so I thought!)
Got a message to call my bank .the order WASN'T cancelled,My card details had already been registered to another very suspicious website .
Xefin Global inc !!!!!
So my cars was cancelled and it's going to take 5 working days before my new one is issued!!!!!

Somebody should report this company to the Better Business Bureau. I was planning to buy something, but after reading all the reviews forget about it. People should put pictures of the items they receive as a better reference.

I love the products. Order status updates have been non existent besides “order confirmation”. An estimated time or approximate time for shipping would be nice.

I ordered clothing described as being made of wool. Upon delivery, the items were synthetic fabric, completely different from what was advertised.
I contacted customer service, but they refused to cover the return costs, even though the law requires the seller to do so in cases of non-conformity.
They only offered me a small discount voucher to keep items I did not order.
Very disappointing experience: lack of professionalism, lack of respect for the customer, and no proper solution provided. I am still waiting for a full refund or the correct items.

J’ai commandé des vêtements annoncés comme étant en laine, mais j’ai reçu des articles en tissu synthétique, donc non conformes à la description.
Le service client refuse de prendre en charge les frais de retour alors que, dans un cas de non-conformité, ils sont légalement à la charge du vendeur.

On m’a seulement proposé un bon de réduction pour garder des articles que je n’ai pas commandés.
Je trouve cette pratique décevante et non professionnelle.
J’attends toujours un remboursement ou l’envoi des produits réellement décrits.

This company is nothing but a scam. I have tried to contact them to get my money back & return their POS polyester screen printed crap, but no answer. They must have friends and family or employees giving them the 5 star rating reviews so they can keep this junk site going. I have even turned them in to FB & IG to take their false advertising down & reported it as a scam company and as am website!! Save yourself money & disappointment! I ordered these clothes for Christmas presents and they are not worth wearing in the summer time much less winter clothing. Cheap thin polyester fabric and rayon clothing that has been screen printed! Nothing about this is of the same quality as the advertised picture’s & description!!

Item was nothing like ordered and took weeks longer that expected.

Money taken of my account and looks like the goods won’t be delivered,I have cancelled my order,and asked for refund also reported it to my bank,I have to wait 30 days before the bank will take action to get a refund

Website looks great probably would be nice if we could have front and back views of each product. Cannot wait until I get what I ordered.

Website is easy to navigate. Will have to come back in future to rate the items I purchased.

i finally got the order after 14 days, its not even close to that the product looks online..
i will never order anything from this company
i would rate 1/100 in compare to what the picture looks on line vs what i received

My son told me about this and he said it was great so I decided to order him something

How are this company still going Do NOT BUY FROM THEM ITS A SCAM you think your getting a quality knitted item when in fact you receive some printed crap . And they say they have the best customer service what a Joke they take days to reply if they do then just fob you off with some Bullshit mines been going for months now and the latest reply stated they are waiting for the relivent department to reply .I am fuming why should they be allowed to take your money with no consequence it is disgusting AVOID AT ALL COST DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

First time very very cool merchandise, it's something no one else has,pretty awesome

I haven't received the products yet and I hope they are exactly as they appear from the shop! It will be a beautiful Christmas gift for my partner

This is my second order with this Company
Due to the first order going missing from my front door.

Unfortunately they were unsimpathetic regarding the first order but it is 2 Christmas presents so I was left with no choice.

They sent me a photo of the parcel outside the front door and I replied with a video off of my ring doorbell showing that the courier did in fact deliver the parcel but they didn’t even ring the bell. Being disabled I wasn’t able to go downstairs immediately and it takes me time to get out of my chair and rely on a stairlift to get down to the front door to collect items.

They send printed goods presented on picture as knitted. It’s fuly fake advertisement also they offer you a 10% discount on the next order instead of refund since the costs of sending package back is to high the email they send is just fully made to make you not get money back. Don’t order at this shop !!!!
