Item arrived and a total disappointment. Not the so called chunky knitted sweater as shown. More like a print and material thin and flimsy. Size was smaller than advertised as well. Waiting for refund and return instructions

SCAM sent me a polyester printed 2$ shirt! I reported it to BBB

It seems with this company what you order is not what you get. The photo of the article I ordered looked okay but what arrived was a cheap piece of cloth. I just wish I could send a real photo on this site to show everybody what really did arrive (Also it took 2 weeks to get here). In my opinion this site is a scam.

There product on advertisement looks amazing. That is what got me attention. Well I should of known but took the chance in purchase a knitted sweater. When I received what was suppose to be a knitted sweater, was not knitted at all. Plus it was a different cut of what I ordered. There policy reads that they will pay for postage if they send the wrong incorrect item. Will they will not give me a refund, let alone pay for shipping. They will not ever send me a return address. I have been requesting for a refund for over a month going back and forth. 20 emails total so far. All they wanted to give was discounts. Why would I want a discount when I can not get the right item I purchased in the first place. So beware. I hope this helps others. I wished I would of did more research

The whole thing is a scam, i ordered 2 items looked great on the website but i got 2 similar but not real just fake Nylon material with printed wool Patterns and when i wanted to return it it took like 18 days of communication between me and the seller, eventually they told me i have to pay for return and it would cost me 48€ to return it with no Garantie it would arrive and i got what left of my money back so i decided to through things in the trash

Very cheap, not at all what was in the pictures. Printed on designs, and even the prints are blurry at that. Not even a good print. I thought I was getting knit clothing, I could have done better at the Halloween store. Complete rip off. Do not purchase. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Absolute garbage from China. Website shows knitted goods, but I was sent polyester knitted print. You can buy these for $5 at the markets in Shanghai. Fool me once shame on me. They need to be shut down!

The only way to get your money back is to file a fraud claim with your credit card company. They have all these Chinese bait and swap scam artists on file many with multiple names.

This is by far the worst product I have bought and hated in a long time. From looking at a beautiful knitted sweater to a printed plastic feeling fabric. They do not stand by anything specified as far as customer service. You will not get your money back. They offered partial refund. Then they offered 20% then 30%. No I want 100%. Their customer service is awful, their products are awful and getting a refund is non-existent. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This company needs to be reported to a fraud department in their country. Either MSP or the CSC.

I don’t know that I would say my experience stood out from any other online purchase I’ve made but it was as expected, easy and convenient and I LOVE the dress I picked out so I’d probably order from them again.

The product advertised is clearly a knitted sweater, but instead I received a regular stamped cheap polyester sweater that is DEFINETELY NOT WORTH the CAD$60+ that I was charged.

I've tried to return this item and I've been back and forth emailing this company. The writer of the email (on behalf of this company) keeps offering me "discounts" for my NEXT PURCHASE.
Another "bad news" is that I have to ship this item to China (at my expense)

If I can rate zero stars I would, buyers beware this is a scam, aweful clothing, it’s worth $5 sweatshirts, it’s a print of a sweater, it comes from California from some middle eastern person, name jerry yasbara to return you have to email them to get the address, even then you are not able to return, they tell you that’s it’s from CHINA and it’s a very very long process and they will try to give you some percentage off for your next purchase. Seriously who wants to buy an ugly thin cheap sweater print sweatshirt?? So beware you pay over $50 for a sweatshirt that is worth $5.
