The service that I received from the company and Rhys in general was absolutely fantastic, I contacted the customer service department as one of my screwdriver bits had broken, I was told that they no longer manufactured the bit, but Rhys found one in the warehouse and posted it to me at no charge.

I have a Draper 800 workbench which I had found a very solid bench to work from, but within a year of ownership it had a fault on one of the screw mechanisms. I contacted the online support team, explained the issue and that I only needed a part for the bench, but they provided me, free of charge, a completely new workbench, therefore I’m very pleased with the Company and its support team.

The person was very helpful and polite and did not rush me when looking for product codes or numbers, this Draper item was the easiest Warranty registration that I have ever done, the fact that they have a phone number you can call is even better not everyone has access to a computer or knows how to use one.
Keep up the good work and do not take away the phone line where you speak to a person.

I purchased a Draper Fork 88791 from Toolshouse. The fork broke on it's very first use, a tyne snapped off. It was obvious that there was a manufacturing error in the poor casting. Give them their due Tools House replaced the item no problem with a Neilsen CT0167 Stainless Steel Digging Fork, a much better product.

I just tried to report faulty 1/4 Draper Expert ratchet. Joe from customer service wrote me;
"...in order to make any claim under warranty (including lifetime warranty) we would require a proof of purchase to take any action"
So, lifetime warranty in draper is just a catchy slogan. Nothing more. It's a clueless company if they think that customer will keep receipt for 10 years or so.
DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND AND NO OTHER DRAPER TOOL AGAIN

Being disabled, my experience with customer services was easy to follow and understand the help given. Also, further help with my email Draper Parts attachment problem was checked and resent for me, and the file opened fine. Very helpful, nothing was a problem to help me.

I needed a new air compressor battery. Joe in customer service asked for the product number and purchase details.To my surprise, they posted one to me free of charge. Had found one that fits in their old stock even though this part not now widely available. Excellent service and cannot thank Joe and Draper management enough for supplying this.

I contacted customer services to see if I could get some replacement feet for my garden kneeler seat, which I've been using for about 25 years now. Our gardener started using it recently, and I noticed he seems to have snapped a few of the plastic feet off of it. I was so pleased to get a prompt email reply giving me a part number for them, allowing me to restore my seat back to how it was before. I wasn't sure if they would still be available after such a long time, so I'm well and truly impressed with Draper.

Draper offers brilliant customer service. We'd bought a Draper Tree Pruner which stopped working after one day, so I contacted them for help. I'd sent photos along with an explanation and Gina quickly replied. To make a long story short, they're sending us a replacement- which we greatly appreciate!

I'm now using this multi-tool for the second year. Came to start it - put petrol /oil mix in it ( its a 2 stroke ) did the necesary carburettor priming and it went first go. Trimmed my hedge again without a hitch.
As others have observed its not the lightest tool BUT if you spend a bit of time getting the support shoulder belt right its not a problem. Overall I am very, very pleased with this tool .
