We’re here to help
As a family business, we’ve always taken seriously the health and safety of our staff, customers and stockists. In these turbulent times, this has never been more important to us. We are striving to do everything we can to continue delivering an excellent service, whilst adhering to all government guidelines.
What we are doing
We are working hard to adapt to the ever-changing situation. We have as many staff as possible working from home who are answering your calls and messages. We have a dedicated team working at our warehouse, observing strict hygiene and social distancing rules to ensure all orders are safely processed.
What to expect
Currently, we are fully operational, and you can expect to find a good supply of Draper products available via our stockists. However, please be aware that we are experiencing a much higher than normal rate of enquiries to our phone lines, our product support team and our social media channels. Our staff are remain firmly committed to providing you with excellent customer service, but due to the huge volume of enquiries, it may take us a little longer to respond to your message. Every enquiry will receive a response and we appreciate your patience and understanding at this difficult time.

Draper Expert - Excellent Built Quality / value

Owned various makes including snap-on but Draper Expert is a very high quality tool, works as it should feels good and does just as good a job as any other tool!!!

Been using Draper Expert for many years and not once broken a tool apart from a loose screw in a ratchet, which was repaired immediately without hessitation!

Excellent quality and build and well worth the money!

Measuring value

I had been trying to get some specs for a certain item and could not physically obtain the dimensions and nobody was helpful enough to supply me with the correct info I needed. So, I decided to get hold of the company that markets the item and after some searching and effort was able to send an email, crudely explaining what I was looking for and within 24 hours the company responded with the item and the measurement per tape measure and sent me the picture displaying the info I needed. Well done to the company DRAPER and their customer service for being so sharp and on the ball. Definitely a company I will be relying on for tools in the future

OUTSTANDING Customer Service

Outstanding, no quibble, service. I had a single tool (ratchet) from a multi tool set, that I contacted Draper about. Sorted in 5 minutes, and 5 days later had the replacement tool to continue delivering training with; Reiterate, OUTSTANDING Customer Service!

Exchange of battery charge

I had an issue with the battery charger, so I contacted the customer service and it was exchanged no problem, in a very quick efficient way.
Would recommend Draper tools based on this issue

Bunker roller box

Ordered a Bunker roller box after a few emails back and forth to Tim Blake who was incredibly helpful.

Independent Tool supplier via e bay

I purchased a Draper garden cutter from e bay via a tool supplier,when the packet opened a spring became detached, both e bay and the supplier would not assist me. I contacted the customer service department of Draper and there 2 members of staff assisted me with courtesy and professionalism, they sorted my concern out within 24 hours. As a Joiner I have used Draper Tools for many years and I will continue to do so an excellent product back up service and customer staff. Thank you Fran & Gina
