Ordered a Bow Tie a bit late in the day and didn't expect it to arrive before the event. Not only did it arrive but it is great. Thank you guys - always good to find a company that exceeds expectations

used them a few times good quality products and arrived quicker than orginally said

I originally ordered a waistcoat for a wedding, it was too small so had to send it back. Ordering and returns were easy, no issues. Only downside was having to pay to send it back. Refund took a couple of weeks but most places do these days.
I then ordered a bigger size. Unfortunately it had a mark on it. So got in touch with with customer service (Raquel) who were ace. Quick response and once I had provided photo's I was advised that a new waistcoat was being dispatched. Received it the next day.
For the price and the fact that it's going to be worn once, the quality is good.

Ordered April 26th. Nothing came so after almost 3 weeks emailed and they said it must have gone missing so will resend it as Royal Mail 24. 2 more weeks waiting and again still nothing. Emailed for a refund, such a shame as these were samples for what would have been a sizeable order for 10 wedding suits. Only redeeming quality for them is the customer service, helpful and understand with fast replies.

I order a waistcoat and after I received was to small I contact the seller asking me return we refund you I sending back but I order a another large size pay and received , I waiting ca . 10 days for my refund not any response I contacted asking for receive of post offices I provided by email and waiting several days I receive answer we haven’t received your parcel I was very disappointed and contacted post office asking for help interesting post office comfort , parcel after 48 hours delivered , I understand i have with wrong address contact trying to ignore and that is why to Saving my money a behaviour of Robbery , unacceptable I hope who read my experience avoid To engage .

Ordered 28/07/24, expected delivery 01/08/24. Arrived early 31/08 with FREE delivery. Lovely item, exactly what I wanted, colour perfect. Great price and excellent service.

I ordered a large quantity of ties for my wedding, my order was dealt with effectively and arrived very quickly, I loved them! Then I changed my wedding colour, so the ties were returned! And another large quantity was ordered. Service on both these services was exceptional. The quality of the ties for the price is fantastic. I would highly, highly recommend.

Really lovely customer service - the tie I ordered was out of stock but they contacted me by email and phone to offer an alternative or a refund. I opted for a similar alternative. It arrived very quickly (free postage too, no less!) and it's a great quality tie. Can't believe it was only 8.99. Will definitely be buying more in the future.

I ordered a tie which was of good quality and a very keen price point. Also included was free delivery which arrived within 2 days. Unfortunately the tie was marked, just one of those things. I emailed customer service and received an incredibly quick response and assurance a new item would be sent out in time for the event which the item was needed for. It did indeed arrive and was spot on. Couldn't rate this company high enough. Great product, very quick (and free!) delivery, great prices and wonderful customer service. Big thank you to Kim in particular. Highly recommend.

I disagree with the bad reviews from my experience. I have had a super quick delivery with amazing quality items for the men at my wedding so pleased with the colour. To top it off the gave me a free item a bow tie I am super impressed with my order and the price aswell 5 stars thank you

AVOID !! Absolutely diabolical experience, what a disgrace of a company. Ordered 3 ties and paid additional 1st class for delivery , should have been here within few days ….didn’t arrive until the whole event was over over a week !! so no need. Caused a lot of hassle and stress and inconvenience…. More shockingly when throughly tried communicating with customer service (Jewel d ) absolutely do not care almost to the level of sarcasm. Gave a bogus tracking number and consistently blaming Royal Mail who by the way did not have any issues to add insult to injury Even told me to pay myself to return the items when I do eventually receive it!! Read other reviews before thinking about ordering
I asked if I can get a manager to speak to call back was told here’s the number call generic phone number. Just a total joke of a company !!!

Waited a week for my item which never showed up so i emailed customer services. My package had been ‘misplaced’. Said they would ship another package the next week which was no good. Will not be ordering from here again! Shocking!

Haven’t received my items at all. I’ve tried rearranging delivery and emailing the company two further times and still no response.

True to they words. Order on the 27/09/21 and received is the next morning. Quality not bad. I call before to make sure they are in the UK. Been have some bad experience ordered this online and not received that on time. Will definitely order for that again.

Ordered the black grenadine silk tie on Friday afternoon, I paid the extra 49p for 1st class and it arrived on Saturday morning! Excellent tie, excellent price, super quick dispatch and delivery! Very pleased customer! Thank you!
