Unfortunately, I am unable to leave 0 stars as that is what this company deserve. Absolute shambles and zero customer service/support. Ordered a rather expensive tie and matching pocket square for next day delivery. DPD failed to deliver on the Friday despite them saying delivery had been attempted (unable to provide evidence of this), I was home all day. My wedding was on Saturday and DPD said that they were not able to deliver until Monday. I obviously told them that this was no good, they had missed the next day delivery deadline and that the item was no longer of any use and that I would not be accepting the delivery when it was attempted on the Monday. Low and behold, when I was at the wedding on Saturday, I received an email saying that the package had been delivered to my neighbour. I had already emailed TiesRus explaining about the failure and sent evidence of the discrepancies asking how I can get a refund. Over 7 days later, still no response despite me sending 3 email's. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID at all costs.

Wonderful company. Went above and beyond making sure they got the right stock in for what I was needing for my wedding, incredibly prompt and attentive customer service from Sol every step of the way.

It wasn't even an issue for them when my second delivery got misplaced by Royal Mail. They were straight on it and promptly dispatched another replacement parcel which was received immediately.

Absolutely stunning tie, needed peach for a function and the colour is beyond perfect, came fast with free shipping. Great transaction, ordered Friday and it came on Monday, would highly recommend, good price too

Done a few orders now and the ties are brilliant, true to colour and the quality is really good.

I ordered 2 x ties (made in China) that are poorly stitched. The loose stitching came apart quickly and when I highlighted this to the copmany, they sent me out a new one straight away...same thing will happen to this...I can see the open stitching...tie won't last.

Excellent service - the tie was exactly as described, great quality & very good value. Dispatched quickly & well packaged - everything that you expect from a good supplier. Highly recommended.

I purchased a tie on the internet which arrived very quickly, so the dispatch is great but the tie I received does not look the same colour as on the internet. There is no disclaimer that the photos are not true to in person colour. I now have to pay to return the products that do not look as they did online. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

I would like to say a big thank you to this company I 1st used them when invited to the kings coronation and needed a desent tie and they sorted it all the way through for me I’ve just ordered a further 2 ties there great got them for my work in my business as I own a chauffeur company and I will continue to use them there customer service is great and what you order you get can’t thank them enough and it’s a pleasure doing business with them so big thank you to them all people have to use this company there just the best

Amazing ties & customer service. My ties were lost by Royal Mail but sol in customer service sorted it for me I was panicking as it was just two weeks away from my wedding thank you so much

Best customer service I have ever received !!!

after a mess up my end of not ordering enough of the satin orange tie set, then it being out of stock and also needing more orange bow tie sets I decided to call to confess how unorganised I was.
Jason the owner was a super star, he ran around the warehouse with me on the phone.... dived into a load of ties (he came out unharmed) , whilst still on the phone, watched as my order came in with me and found exactly what I needed to pop onto my order also.
I almost wish it was a video call so I could see all the running around he was doing to help me out. I can honesty say, in my 2 years of trying to get married in this Covid madness, he has stuck out as the most fun and helpful business man by far.
why go to big faceless companies when we have ones like this who work so hard to make us that little bit happier.

I had ordered a pocket square but hadn’t arrived so I rang the company and was extremely impressed with the service I received from Jason.
He ordered me another one for next day delivery by courier with no extra charge.I had originally opted for the Royal Mail option.

Brilliant company. Ordered some ties for my groomsmen and unfortunately they didn’t match. I sent them back and the money was refunded within 2 days of return. I Ordered 2 more sets of ties in slightly different colours but this time I didn’t receive a confirmation email when I placed the order which I did the first time round. I rung them via the phone number on the web page, turns out I had put one wrong letter in my email address. The man was very Polite and he checked all my order had gone through while I was on the phone and change my email address to the correct one. The ties arrived today on time and they are amazing quality and one set of ties are a perfect match to my bridesmaid dresses. I’m so so happy. Much better quality than the high street and for a much better price.

Love this company. Great quality, very quick delivery, very affordable, great customer service. I can't fault them, will be using going forward. Highly recommend.
