The delivery driver managed to knock on the door this time. Previously he just dumped the parcels on the steps leading to the front door, and drove off, leaving them in full sun. One of the deliveries contained food, one frozen food, clearly marked on the box.

Very Unprofessional Experience
DPD were due to collect my parcel on 21st July, I am selling a shed load of books and CD's to World of Books. I had an email to say they'd come to collect the parcel and were told there wasn't one. They'd obviously gone to the wrong address as I'd waited at home the entire day. I booked another collection but this couldn't be done until 23rd July, they were due to pick up the parcel between 11.43 and 13.43. At 5pm I called DPD to find out where this guy was. I had no apology that he hadn't shown up on 21st and had delayed my payment by two days, or that he was now over 3 hours late for the second attempt. The customer service operator just said, he's coming today. I asked when, do you know where he is?? He said no, he's just coming today. As luck would have it, he arrived as soon as I ended the call. I asked him why he was so late as I was expecting him hours ago and he said, sorry I don't speak English. He then faffed around with the parcel for 10-15 minutes outside my house until he figured out how to process it. I just hope my parcel reaches it's destination as I have zero confidence in this company.

2 days in a row and 2 parcels just dumped at the front door
2 days in a row and 2 parcels, the first one not delivered to our safe place or the requested neighbour, just dropped at the front door and left, didn’t even ring the doorbell.
The second one left at the front door and damaged.
Customer services were helpful each time but also said it won’t happen again, 2 different drivers with the same work ethic…
If you don’t like your job then just don’t do it, don’t do it badly…
Dpd are rapidly filling the gap where yodel left off.
