The Invisible Customer

Rang on Saturday morning to make an appointment for my COVID jab. Man, in obvious hurry, told me to come to the pharmacy before 1 pm. I did so. Greeted by charming pharmacist, who took all details and was about to give jab.
Suddenly man (?owner/manager) appears. Ignored me completely and instructed pharmacist to get back into shop as "customers are waiting." (Sorry - what am I? Chopped liver?) Pharmacist tried to object but man was adamant, saying "she can do it" (Ah, the famous injection-giving Cat's mother).
Pharmacist goes back to shop and sour-faced woman appears. Very fast and all business. No greetings, no niceties and not even a leaflet/data sheet until I asked for it. I regret I had little faith in the person who gave the jab, though I'm sure it was correctly administered.
TOP TIP If you invite people to come for COVID jab, for which you will receive £25, please treat them with a little courtesy. I don't expect a fanfare, just an acknowledgement that I exist.
Won't be going back.
