Never can write product reviews!
Never had problems with delivery. It is always the next day or 2. Only problem is. The site and app never lets me write reviews for the products I purchased. How am I supposed to collect points for future discounts? Douglas fails to answer me this question. I get points, well see them after purchases but it always stays greyed out so i never received anything. What the point of this? As a long time buyer at Douglas this makes me mad.

2 weeks later I still dont have the product I have ordered. Douglas admits that there is a problem but the only thing they did was opening an investigation… and that’s it!
I don’t have the product, I don’t have my money back and I have no reply/ contact from Douglas.
You can’t trust this company. Never again!

Arrogant & unfriendly salespersons on all stores
Most of their stores have salespersons from specific community who talk in a weird way when you don't look like them.
I had similar experience in various stores of Douglas across NL.

Dont believe their so called ‘delivery within 24hrs’ promise as its a lie
According to their website they deliver within 24hrs. Thats why i ordered with them and not elsewhere. After having slow replies from their customer service it appears the parcel wont be delivered within their promised time and as i leave the country for work i wont be abled to accept the parcel. I asked them to cancel it but they said they can not as it was shipped already. After checking the shipping link it said DHL has not recieved the parcel yet so this has NOT been shipped yet. Their customer service is crap as they cant help with any thing yet only with the disappointment and frustration they create.

The product I ordered leaked in the box during transit. I sent pictures to customer service and they offered to send me a new one for free. I didn’t have to send the old one back. Super nice and helpful I definitely recommend!!

Bad customer service
Was sent a damaged item. Costumer service (which took a long time to respond!) assured me they’d send a replacement if I sent proof of return of the first damaged product. Sent it back to them the day after. A few days later they message me to say the item is now out of stock and I will not be receiving it. Very unprofessional. Will think twice before I buy from them again.

Everything is good
Everything is good. Quick delivery every time but they once double-charged me. They did return the money after a day though, but a day was enough for me to get into super-anxious mode. Customer service line is always busy. I hope they can improve it.
