UPS lost my package I called them and they told me to contact the shipper and I emailed them and they still haven’t answered and I been waiting on this package for 2 months already

I order products from them on the 30th havent received any qc photos no updates and constant no answers i try to contact costumer suport they never respond.

Order shoes on 7/3/25 and never received, they don't respond as well

So first when i wanted to buy the shoes it took me 3 tries to just make a purchase second was the quality of the shoe being that when i looked at the qc picture didnt see a flaw, it wasnt until i got them and saw the flaw wich was the coloring and it was very noticeable i kinda blame myself a little bit but i feel like its also their fault because its not the same as the picture but another thing was the communication they have bad communication it takes a while to get in touch with someone. in my opinion you can take risk with them but will wont be ordering again.

Received 1 of 2 pair of shoes7/16/2025. 2nd pair after taking my money said they are sold out and has yet to send replacement or refund 8/11/2025. Only responed on Instagram but no other contact.
