Doogee S100 Pro Review
Bought the S100 Pro. All good the first couple of months, then, out of nowhere, it started failing, System UI crashing, no updates, some functionalities even not translated from Chinese.
Battery: Perfect
Physical Durability: Perfect
Camera quality: Awful
SystemUI: Awful (crashes all the time)
OS Adaptation: Awful (crashes all the time)
Support: Awful (took them 2+ weeks to answer to a simple question)
Do I recommend it? No. Do I feel trust in the brand? No.
Overall, 3/10 for the phone and 1/10 for the company.

Non existent customer service
Non existent customer service, wouldn't honour the warranty. Avoid like the plague!
Horrible company to deal with
Horrible company to deal with, they will NOT honor warranty. My phone lasted 5 months then died, I've spent last 2 month trying to get warranty with ZERO luck.
A terrible company
A terrible company. Zero customer service. I bought a tablet from them and it froze as soon as I turned it on. They said I had to pay for shipping to China even though it was sent from a local warehouse. I said I would get my bank to refund me, and then they agreed to refund postage. I sent them the tablet and they stopped replying to my messages.
My bank did a charge back so I received my refund, but Dogee then tried to take another payment from my account. Fortunately , my bank blocked
Do not buy from them
Not the best
Initially the phone appeared to be OK, I was attracted to the model as it came with a case & charger.
Pictures aren't the best but doable, biggest disappointment was the video camera, having recorded some scenes at a wedding, the reproduction was atrocious, there was broken sound quality along with significant interference on play back, basically videos were only suitable for deletion, very disappointing and frustrating, the special day had been lost.
Doogee mobile rugged phones the worst phones ever !
Bought the rugged phone V 31 GT...had less than 1 year and it stopped working...had it checked and SIM reader failure ..
Contacted doogee, who blamed it on my carrier (lobster) I told them it's SIM reader .
Replied saying it's out of warranty (10 days ) it was in warranty when I first contacted them 3 weeks before .they just have very poor service department.
I have to return to hongkong at my expense and pay for repairs....
Absolutely rubbish phones had 2 doogees both useless after 1 year ..don't buy from them....
Doogee phone performance battery life
To all those looking for what I was looking for; these phone are great for about 1 year. After that everything, battery wise..is no different than a regular phone received or purchased from any of the vendors available through you phone plan.
So the camera which is something that I'm am NOT interested in, is garbage. Samsung, apple you name it have better quality pictures than this V MAX I purchased with a 108mp camera.
Battery life diminished after about a year. I'm not a big user of social media or gaming etc..so when I saw this phone battery life go from about 2 weeks (12-14 days) between charges to about every other day...in about 1 year..total disappointment.
Ruggedness..it's a tough phone, I drop my phones on occasion normally about pocket height. Took it well. But when it comes to the water proof IP68/69..bump.
I use my phone multiple times underwater, problem is that there is no control of the phone while underwater. Not to mention once it has been underwater, you can go ahead and count the speakers out for about 5 days.
Now I'm not diving with this phone, maybe 5-6 feet of water. I am also very careful to make sure the seal on the charging port is sealed if I plan on placing my phone in the water.. I recently took it to a pool with my son, ensured it was sealed..and the phone just stopped working. To this day, it hasn't started.
I contacted Doogee and they seamed concerned in the 1 email. Then it went to taking it to a store, which you would have to pay to fix (if it's even fixable).
At the end of the day, they are not selling you a product that meets the simple standards they advertise. I reverted back to a samsung.
Lastly, these phones in the US, only work on about 2 or 3 of the frequency here, and only T-Mobile provides them, so in short service isn't great. Knowing this, I still gave the phone a shot and it fell really short of expectation.
I hope this really helps other thinking about buying these phones.
This is a company with employees…
This is a company with employees without basic knowledge about their products, a complete failure and a disgrace, asking for technical data and capabilities of their equipment, no constructive answer and the answer is off-topic, clown.
First time bought doogee dk 10
First time bought doogee dk 10, people says battery drop very quickly, not bright dimming. So many other fake feedback, this phone is my favourite, small price to buy it does what really Huawei p 30 doesn't battery with one future remain at least 10 hours, mobile data off remain two to 3 days. 0 to 100% only in about 15 minutes. Night version camera make perfect shot even when watching horror movies and dark in TV. Other camera not as best. One more software update will make this phone flagship, my suggestions is make camera better in quality and zoom also face recognition and fingerprint not so cool if new update make those better this is a flagship phone. This is honest feedback. I sold my Huawei to buy this which worth every penny. It's 12gb ram very smooth on gaming. Storage very big
V30 they are not tough.
Have a v30. after a week and one drop on the floor allready screen fracture and a dent in the case around the glass. WOrst phone i had in times where as i bought it specifically to be a tough phone. Even the long lasting battery cant make up for this.
Previous phones a samsung S9 and S7. Never any problem with the screen and in hindsight shouldnt have questioned those because i have to use anotterbox to protect it.
Terrible Company
I bought the Doogee Blade GT Ultra and it had a lot of problems. The customer service was none existent but thankfully through Amazon I was able to return. Here are the problems with the company:
- Software updates mostly have to be requested in that you have to download and use them from OneDrive.
- Customer Service rarely make any sense, even a google translation would make more sense.
- The software hasnt been tested and many of the built in apps are Doogee features are flawed
- Benchmarks are less than what they should be
I like this phone
I like this phone. I have the S58 Pro and it is a solid phone. I have it for 3 years now.It had bad falls even from a tractor once and it works 100%. The processing speed has never let me down. It has speed function buttons that I like. Good flashlight. The photo quality is not the best but luckily Im not one to take selfies so it's good enough for day to day usage.
Screen shattered from a minor fall
Doogee Vmax Screen shattered from a minor fall from my pocket, despite the phone being tested to 6ft onto concrete apparently. Offer to repair if I sent it to China or they could send the parts. As no local repair service will repair them as they don't stock the parts and I wasn't going to try to Youtube it. Sent the phone by recorded delivery and it was received 24/12. Given it was Xmas and then Chinese New Year I wasn't expecting miracles, but it is now 2 and a half months later, no phone, no news, no reply to my 3 emails. I have no idea if I will get the phone back at this point and, having now read the other reviews, it sounds like I wasn't just unlucky and I won't be buying Doogee again.
V20 Pro... screens
V20 Pro.... 3 screens in less than 6month broken. Whys this advertising as a strong phone?! Was good phone till broken original screen less than 3month, couldn't find anyone to repair it... doogee UK site can't help... Amazon stopped selling this version... so annoying £360 + 2 x £50 screens. Only dropped it half a meter.... yeah I had to order a screen on a cheap site and fit it myself twice and had new screen a few days and knocked it of my bed and its broke AGAIN..
Stay clear of Doogee: Defective Products, Costly Scams, and Non-Existent Customer Service...
Zero stars!
Let me make this crystal clear: Avoid purchasing or dealing with, Doogee, a dishonest company in any way. Their products are cheaply made and often fail within a month of purchase. When they do, they essentially steal your money by forcing you to mail the defective product back to China at your own expense - a cost so high that it makes no financial sense to even attempt a repair. This is exactly what happened to me with a Doogee "T30 Max Tablet" when the battery stopped charging. They clearly know this scam well.
My local "Mailboxes & More" shipping store confirmed they’ve handled numerous Doogee product returns.
To make matters worse, their customer service is virtually non-existent, taking a week to respond to each email. It’s likely a deliberate scheme: They sell products that failed quality assurance at a slight discount, then pocket the money because returning them for repair is prohibitively expensive.
Do yourself a favor and check out the countless repair videos on YouTube for Doogee products. You’ve been given fair warning. Steer clear of this company and never buy anything from them.
Doogee 12.4" 2025 tablet…Nah!
Bought the Doogee 12.4" 2025 tablet with stock Android 15. Initially very happy, looks nice but unfortunately it is slow and laggy. Advertised as 16GB Ram but is actually 4GB with up to 16GB virtual Ram. Also 90hz refresh rate which again I do not believe. I went through all the settings carefully but even after all that the quality on Netflix and you tube was below average at best. Supposed to be a 2.5K screen. It is not. Worst of all was the backlighting which bleeds through the sides of the screen and looks awful. Loved getting a charger with it and expandable memory, but if watching media and a snappy response time is important then don't bother as you will not be happy. I spent a bit more and bought an immaculate used Samsung S6 Tablet with keyboard for £220.......FANTASTIC device with the best screen quality ever!
This T20 tablet is cute and light…
This T20 tablet is cute and light weight but the ghost touches on the screen make it COMPLETELY UNUSABLE. It just starts typing and opening apps and touching on the apps like it's possessed. I've run all kinds of antivirus scans and reset it twice. I've put screen protectors on and tried using only stylus pens to navigate. NOTHING HELPS. I've had dozens of Android devices. When my children were small I routinely bought them inexpensive Android phones to use on Wi-Fi, sometimes paying as little as $7 and I have never experienced any foolishness like this. The customer service is NON EXISTENT. I emailed everyone listed on the website and one guy in a weird department emailed me back and said to reset the device and then thanked me profusely for reaching out. He didn't respond to further emails and no one else did either. Their Facebook account says to message them but they're always unavailable at the moment. Purchased Tablet December 2023 and it became increasingly glitchy starting in April. Plenty time on warranty but only if someone is there for service or support. A SORRY DEVICE and an unaccountable SORRY company.
Products have high promises but fall apart...
Products have high promises but start falling apart within months to a year. The seller wont communicate with you if something happens to the product you have purchased.
Rugged phones that fall apart with normal use. They are a joke.
I bought a V30T from them lasted me a year and fell apart. First the housing started pealing away, than the charging port came out with the charger and now wireless charging wont work. phone its just a heavy brick now and I cant access any of the photos or document that were stored on the phone.
In contrast, prior to Doogee(dodgy) I had a Pocco X3 pro that lasted me 3 years and still works as my father uses it.
No chance that I will give Dodgy company another penny in the future. Avoid these people and this company.
I bought the Doogee V Max on eBay
I bought the Doogee V Max on eBay, and it worked fine for just one month before completely dying. I reached out to the seller and Doogee for support, but got no help at all. For a supposedly rugged phone, this is unacceptable. Avoid this brand if you want something reliable!
