DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company is ran by Olivia Newton on tiktok. Do not trust this small business! I order over £50 of products and waited over 3 weeks, i contact the business to be told it had been shipped. She then goes on holiday and ignores all emails and contact. She then says she will 'post it out again' when confronted on tiktok live. Still no products recieved. I email again to ask for a refund to then be met with lies stating shes 'unable to process as it wont let her'. All lies and still no refund 2 months on! Keep the money Olivia as ive reported you to my bank and HMRC!!
